Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the real estate market but also about homes themselves. As a buyer from out of town, I was totally satisfied with Chris’ help finding a condominium in the Central West End. I did some research and liked that he and his wife are realtors and renovators and have an extensive knowledge of the St. Louis market and property managers. We needed a condo for my daughter and a roommate for her 4 years at Washington University School of Medicine. We had a few virtual meetings and then flew out for four days to look at properties. Chris was dedicated to helping us look and buy and get settled in a few months later. Extremely committed realtor who was a real pleasure to work with.

Chris and Lisa are a fantastic real estate team and should be your very first call! They made the home selling process a breeze. They knew exactly how to stage our home to maximize interest. We had a few minor projects that needed to be accomplished prior to showing and their referred plumbers, electricians, and handymen were professional, responsive, and affordable. Lisa and Chris are amazing to work with. I happen to meet Chris at an open house a long time ago. His knowledge of St. Louis and the housing market was very helpful. I sold my house this year and Chris went above and beyond as a real estate agent to make sure the place sold. I was out of state and very far away but he made this time in my life very easy.
