I visited Ed due to great reviews. I would love to leave him a glowing review as well, but I can't. I purchased a mattress - I love it. I also purchased a boxspring at the time that I never received. Here's how it went. At purchase, Ed told me it could take up to 2 weeks to be delivered and "call me in a week". I called in a week. I called in 2 weeks. When I called in 3 weeks, the mattress was delivered but not the boxspring. Ed brought a platform for the mattress in the interim but it is taller than the boxspring so my bedding doesn't cover it. Weeks passed and still no boxspring. I called Ed (again!) and he thanked me for reminding him of it and "keeping him on his toes". No boxspring to this day. Purchase date was beginning of June. One star for the mattress, one star because I like Ed and I believe he was having distributer problems - but that is no excuse for not ultimately fulfilling the order, and for putting the onus on me.

I was impressed by the goggle reviews, but the experience didn't live up to the reviews. We bought 2 twin beds, after 2Months both mattresses we felt the springs, which are very uncomfortable. I've called, was promised a copy of the warranty and replacement mattresses. Neither has happened. I prefer to buy from local merchants but no more. We are out $1400. And will have to replace them ourselves because this guy isn't.

Great mattresses for reasonable prices, but the thing that sets this store above the rest is the stellar customer service. Personal attention and delivery is awesome! I inherited an elderly dog that peed on my bed and Ed made sure I had a bed to sleep on right away and even suggested a mattress cover so it would not happen again.they delivered it and put the mattress cover on for me. Everyone was so nice, even the delivery guys.Ed listens to what your needs are and helped me pick out the most perfect mattress for my sleeping comfort. I won't go anywhere else for a mattress.

I have been considering a new bed for awhile. I have been asking friends if they like their beds and after doing more research - I was ready. I knew I wanted to stay local with my purchase. Ed was great in asking questions and then explaining the different bed styles. No hassle, good information and easy to order. I got my new bed and the first night slept until 9:30 am the next day! That's a 5 stars rating right there. My symbol mattress has been a great purchase! Only wish I would have done it sooner :) Thanks Ed!
