My Lexus RX350 was experiencing problems with the driver's side window controls. All of the windows were open and the individual door controls would not work either. Fritz and his staff identified the obscure electrical issue without having to replace any of the computers involved, saving me a lot of cash. Nice to have working windows again! Thanks Precision Imports!

This was my first experience with Precision Import Auto. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Each person listened carefully and left me feeling they wanted to meet my needs. Fritz had the vehicle pulled in and my concerns were reviewed and inspected. Upon completion Fritz took me under the vehicle and explained what he found and spoke very specifically about each potential concern. He also mentioned several things I was unaware of and the urgency of needing attention. He also pointed out some potential errors in my thinking about what needed to be done. What he said made a lot of sense and may wind up saving me money if he was correct. At the end he said he would get prices and let me know potential costs and needs in a few days. The charge for his work and adding some fluids was reasonable. I was very happy with my experience. His charges were very reasonable. I feel comfortable moving forward once I know the estimates and time schedule.

Took vehicle in yesterday for oil change and check brakes. Walked in and car was immediately taken in for service. Fritz and family are hard working, dependable reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, but most important HONEST! In today's world, both honestly and trustworthy are most important. Plus, a big bonus - so nice! You can't go wrong taking your vehicle in for any service at Precision for maintenance. Thank you Fritz, family, and co-workers for great service! I would recommend trusting them with their vehicle to anyone.

Fritz and the gang have kept my Infiniti in tip-top mechanical shape for a few years!
