They misprinted a personalized book and were not willing to refund or replace.

If I could I would give PBT zero stars!They offer terrible customer service. I ordered some comforter choices for our granddaughter and the box and packaging they were in were FILTHY!!!They refused to refund my shipping costs. I will never do business with this company again!
