PLNK is such a great place. One of the most intense workouts there is, the instructors are great, and the locations are nice. It's a higher priced gym but you undeniably get your money's worth. Highly recommend.

While I love the classes and instructors here, the conditions for the staff are unacceptable. It upsets me that they don’t pay all their front desk workers. Furthermore, there is often no one at the front desk. They don’t offer the option to call, and texts and emails most often go unanswered. This left me in multiple situations where I texted, emailed, and showed up and still was unable to get help. The customer service for what is sold as a “luxury experience” is totally lacking. I can’t even blame them knowing they often don’t get paid, and I am upset knowing I spent so much money on a company who treats their workers poorly. Ethically, I want to support companies who pay their workers fairly, which is not the case here.

I would not recommend PLNK CWE for private classes or any organized group experience. Our organization booked multiple private sessions with them and communication was consistently unprofessional. Emails and calls often went unanswered for days at a time and the only way to get a response was to physically go to the studio and ask them to check the messages.
The last experience was the final straw. PLNK cancelled our confirmed class at the last minute for a reason that was never explained. When I followed up for clarification they would not provide any details or even tell me who made the decision to cancel. One of my members did not receive the cancellation notice and when she arrived at the studio PLNK attempted to blame us for canceling, even though they sent us the cancellation email without even contacting us.
There is a clear pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive behavior. If someone does answer the phone they are often aloof and unhelpful. I would recommend choosing a different PLNK location or another pilates business entirely.

Do not come to this store! I signed up for a free trial class at this store and provided my credit card information when booking on the website. But this store used my credit card to sign me up for a month's worth of classes without my consent and now that I can't reach this store by phone, they have no intention of giving me a refund!

Have been working out at PLNK for a month and a half, and I love it! Everyone’s really friendly, and some of the coaches will correct my form when needed, which is super helpful! There’s no pressure to buy anything, and the classes are generally really well structured.

Very unwelcoming experience. I arrived 5 minutes early for my first class, but due to limited parking nearby, I couldn't find a spot closer and had to walk. Despite arriving on time, I was not allowed into the class. The staff also charged my friend for the guest pass she shared with me, even though we were told it would not be deducted. Additionally, although I have prior experience with Pilates reformer, no one took the time to assess my level or check if I was comfortable joining. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized.

I do Lagree all the time at solidcore in New York. They use megareformers and you can either wear socks or go barefoot, you clean them at the end either way. The confirmation text I got after I purchased my very first PLNK class told me I would need to buy the sticky socks from their studio. This was not something that was made clear as I was purchasing my first class, else I would not have done it – doubling the price so I can pay for products that aren’t even necessary to do this type of workout is not for me. I don’t live in St. Louis and it’s not as if I would be going to PLNK enough times to justify a $40 pair of socks. When I told them that I didn’t know I would have to purchase more products and would not be attending and I needed a refund, they refused. Even though this was the very first time I’d purchased a class from this studio, even though I do not live in St. Louis, even though I told them well before the class began. I had to end up calling my bank and disputing the charge to get the money back. They literally tried to keep my money for no reason at all. Their customer service is abysmal.

Great workout, however, they are not flexible with their packages. I had purchased a package over the summer I was only able to use once due to unforeseen circumstances. I sent a couple emails asking if I could get some credit on my account, or just one or two days and was told no. I won’t be giving my money to this establishment again.

High intensity, no impact? Say less. Walk in strong, leave stronger (maybe a little shaky, but that's what you come for). So many options for sticky socks, because no stick socks aren't an option (safety first!)

A real bait and switch: Beware, they will insist that you must buy their socks. I get it, they want you to stick to the sled for safety (I've done LaGree before). The women at the desk were real uptight b*tches about it: When I walked in the woman gave me a full and obvious up-down look, judged me on the way I looked immediately and did not offer any solutions to my lack of socks. I was turned away. It really set my day off on a bummer start - having rode my bike all the way there. Sucks to suck I guess?

Absolutely love coming here! I started coming to PLNK when I first move to STL and now just hit a year. The first 5 classes are a struggle but after you embrace the challenge and know what to expect. The results are addicting. Plnk has amazing instructors. Lily, Sarah, and Katie has great edm playlists to keep the class flowing and pumped.

I travel for work a lot and always try to pop into a Lagree studio when I get the chance. I taught Lagree for about 4 years, and am absolutely obsessed with the method and the way it's strengthened my body. When it comes to PLNK- this studio is the real deal. I had the privilege of taking Taylar's class Wednesday morning, and she is nothing short of phenomenal! She was so warm and inviting, and her class was incredible. It's very obvious that this studio takes the time to ensure their instructors are knowledgeable and personable. Taylar's routine flowed beautifully, and she gave easy-to-understand form corrections when necessary. I can't recommend this studio enough! Thank you PLNK and Taylar for welcoming me into your studio!

I cannot rave about PLNK enough. I got to try a free class when I was potentially moving to STL and shopping around for a gym/workout space back in March, and loved it so much that I've been religiously going since relocating. It was the first Pilates studio I've ever been to and it remains the best out of all of the subsequent ones I've tried when I'm out of town. It's Lagree so a thorough butt-kicking is guaranteed, but I've never felt more fit in my entire life (and I used to have hours-long dance practices 5 days a week on top of having dance classes for my minor). I'd be lying if I said classes weren't a little bit pricey, but it makes it so worth if you commit to doing a membership (it basically pays itself; it's girl math, really). There are a handful of instructors depending on the days and times you attend. They're all pretty helpful with helping you fix your form and answering any questions you have, and it's always nice to be around people who are motivated and genuinely seem like they want to be there. I can't imagine my life without PLNK anymore and am forever praying that they branch out to more locations in the US so I don't have to settle for something else in my travels.

Was referred to this studio, because of the location is hard to find parking. I drove 30 min to get there, arrived 3 min after class started the doors were locked. When calling after class was over no one answered left a VM still no response. Why lock the doors ? They don’t seem friendly or inviting I won’t be back glad I didn’t pay for the sessions. I don’t feel welcomed at all.
