A deer had an encounter with my Tesla.
Fortunately, it was still drivable.
Dropped off my car on appointment date.
Plaza waits for Tesla to send parts.
Plaza receives parts and through their expert skill transforms my Tesla into a brand new Tesla.
Picked up my sparkling “new” Tesla, clean and fresh on the inside and fully charged.
Their highest rating is a ten, I give Plaza a twenty on everything.

The worst service experience ever encountered. Bottom line – 162 days from first dropping car off, to repairs completed and available for pick up, should never be acceptable. Had a small accident with my 2023 Q5 in a parking garage on 2/24 with damage to the right rear quarter panel and door. Originally brought vehicle to a different body shop recommended by Insurance Co. That shop told us that the needed parts were not available and Audi could not give an estimated time of availability. Then took to Plaza Motors Collision Center. We were told that they would be able to get the parts sooner since they are an authorized Audi service provider. Left the car with them on 3/29/24, and on 4/8, they called with an estimate (20% higher than the first body shop), and informed us they also would not be able to get the parts needed and Audi could not give an estimate on how long it would be. Was then told they normally do not do this, but they could reassemble the car so we could drive the damaged vehicle while we wait to hear when parts are available. After engaging Audi USA to elevate the parts delay situation, on July 11 (day 104 of this journey), Plaza called to let us know the parts were in, but the technician scheduled to work on it was going to be on vacation the following week and they would not be able to get us scheduled until wee of August 5 . After expressing extreme disappointment with that, they were able to schedule beginning the repairs on 7/29. We brought car back to Plaza on that date and were told it would be 2 weeks for repairs then another week in paint. Updates given throughout that time were more delays without real explanation or apologies. Five weeks later, informed car repairs were completed, and car was available for pick up. Final cost was 16% higher than original estimate. When asked about certain line items (charged for rear wiper damaged by them during repairs, charged labor for 2 people driving ½ hour to pick up parts), was told that’s the way it is and a 16% increase from original estimate is on the low end of typical. Conclusion, this is a completely unacceptable level of service, especially from an authorized service provider with a “luxury” brand such as Audi.

I meant to send this a while ago. We purchased a new TX 350 in May. During the 4th of July holiday we attended a fireworks display. After the show we noticed the car had been hit by falling debris. It hit the passenger side where the door panel starts protruding from the window. It burned a circle the size of a cigar burn into the paint and made a small dent. Needless to say we were pretty upset. Cleaning and rubbing compound didn’t help. So I made an appointment with the collision center. I met with Nic who assessed the damage and said it would be an expensive fix if they had to repaint the door. However, he quickly offered to see if they could get it out if I had some time. I decided to wait. When he returned the car was fixed. I appreciated how quickly the repair was made and the quality of the work. But mostly I appreciated his honesty. He could have said the only repair option was a repaint and we would have done it. Turns out the repair would have cost over $2000.

My daughter's car had another car back into the driver's door. Damage was first assessed with photos. Parts were promptly ordered, work was scheduled quickly. The door was replaced. Spectacular job! The paint job blended perfectly with the old paint. You couldn't tell that any work had been done. The door handle, rear-view mirror, and window worked great. The car was spotless inside and out. Good communication with courteous staff as things progressed. Couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend, without hesitation.

Plaza made the process super easy for repairing our Honda CRV that had a tree fall and do some damage to the back of it.
They worked with my insurance and I had to do no extra work. When we got the car back it was detailed and looked brand new! Hopefully I don't have to come back but if I needed repairs again on any of my cars they will be my first call. Thanks guys! You do great work!

Super nice people. Decent communication, make sure you stay on top of your car and its status. My biggest complaint is DO NOT LISTEN TO ESTIMATES. I understand it being an estimate, but if the first number is more than 5000 off, then I really wouldn’t call it an estimate. It got my hopes up in regards to repairing my car, which ended up just getting totaled. if they mention anything about finding more additional damage, disregard any estimate you’ve been told prior to that.

Plaza Collision went above and beyond, addressing a couple of concerns I had with a repair done by Plaza on my Lexus many years before my ownership. They stood behind their work and took care of all repairs at no charge to me despite no longer being under warranty. Kevin and Bryan were both very professional and great to work with. The quality of the work was top-notch. I would definitely use Plaza Collision again in the future!
