Shady business practices, my membership renews on the 16th and they say it takes 6 days to process payments, so im stuck with another month. It doesn't take 6 days to process a payment, just a fine print gotcha.

I have Black Card membership and I can bring my friend with myself. But often I get there late and staff does not let my friend there even if he has valid QR code and he was registered under my membership too. Staff said my friend had to wait for me to get there otherwise they never let him in. This is so inconvenient and disappointing. I have other friends who go to Edge Fitness, they also offer premium membership with a benefit of bringing a guest with them but they say they just need show their id and it does not require the main person to be present there. I don't know, it's been so many awkard moments in front of my friend when I was late there and he had to wait for me long. I might switch to Edge Fitness

Early morning on the way into downtown for work meetings, I stopped here and had no problem with my out-of-town Black Card membership. I was able to quickly change, spend a half hour on the 30 minute workout circuit and then get a shower. By 7:15, I'm energized and ready to do battle with the Saint Louis traffic!
Good hot water in the locker room and all of the equipment I used today was working fine.

Made a mistake of my own doing when signing up. Chrissy was super helpful and amazing at providing me with the help I needed both on the phone and in person! Chance was also present and was a great conversationalist while we waited on technology to catch up to our needs! Super great vibe and left me excited to get started there!

Staff is always friendly and hard working. Staff is always cleaning machines and vacuuming every time I visit, which is nearly every day. Bathrooms also cleaned regularly and gym is well kept and managed. Thanks !
