Dan handles the rats and is very interactive with them. He was able to show us the moms and dads and even showed new litters that some rats just had. He was extremely informative and made the purchasing process extremely easy and distilled confidence in us through the entire process. We were then helped with everything we needed as well as having every question answered. Then they helped us with some healthy dog treats for our soon to be jealous dog lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Dan. Will be back to see you for all our pet needs.

Wrangler, our Saint Berdoodle, went to Susie overgrown and overdue for his cut and she gave him a day at the spa! No crates, harnesses or muzzles were used and she worked her magic and turned our messy boy into a handsome prince. She spent as long as it took to make him feel comfortable and did what no other groomer has been able to do, and he was happy and in great spirits when we picked him up. Highly recommend and we will we be back with our Bernedoodle next! A++++ rating!

It's the customer service and bedside manner that has REALLY been incredible. I have worked with Dr. Nguy throughout my year with CP but they also squeezed me in last minute with other vets who were also wonderful. It doesn't matter who is working front desk or is the vet tech, they are sweet, compassionate, and actually excited to see your animals. Going to the vet is soo stressful and scary, it really feels like a traumatic experience having to put your baby's life into another person's hands but I wholeheartedly trust them. Recently, my baby came in after being hospitalized at the ER vet over a weekend and I wasn't sure he would make it. I brought him in and they took care of him, observed him, adjusted his meds and less than a week later he is almost back to normal! They remember all my babies names and get genuinely excited when they come in and see them. The doctors don't rush you through talking about what is going on or make you feel stupid for asking questions. They do follow-up emails and calls that is so reassuring and helpful. I cannot express enough how good they have been and how much I appreciate being a client with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff greet my dog every morning by name and always recognize me as my dog's mom when I pick him up. They post photos of the dogs every day and even celebrate dogs' birthdays with a few of their furry friends. Becca has been working there since I started bringing my dog and she's extremely communicative and transparent if or when things happen. While they don't have an outside area, my dog still comes home exhausted and a daycare hangover the next day.

The Team Member wasn’t sure if the granola was vegan.) The açaí bowl was okay, had more of a smoothie texture than I’m used to. Without the granola it needed a crunch for sure. A great playlist of music that isn’t too loud. A wine list that is curated to meet almost any wine lovers wants. The “by the glass” options are pretty spectacular as well. As for the food, it is mostly small plates meant to share. We had the polenta fries, the chicken-basil flatbread and the Gorgonzola stuffed dates. Everything was beautiful and delicious. The dates were a revelation as I am not a blue cheese fan, yet these were so amazing we ordered a second! I would return just for the dates, but I’m so excited to try the rest of the menu. Great service, beautiful surroundings, outstanding food and wine! Looking forward to a cooler evening because their outdoor patio looks so inviting!!!

We have fostered/volunteered for over a year, my grandma adopted one of our fosters and it worked out great for her. Overall highly recommend you adopt, volunteer and/or foster. The community is amazing

2320 Pine St, St. LouisHad the privilege of volunteering here, and all of the staff were wonderful. There’s lots of good boys and girls that need their forever homes. Volunteering here was the highlight of my week - we met so many sweet pups and got to walk them around the area. Please consider adopting from here if you’re looking for a fur baby!
