I wanted say that I had the best experience at this shop! The sales person was super helpful and very pleasant. The lingerie selection was great and I got an awesome, festival worthy outfit too!

I would like the first day that Ive been a customer ******************** for the last 10 years Ill never go back there again. I went in on Friday to return actually just to exchange a pair of boots that accident fit right that Ive never actually worn anywhere bed, trained mind walking on carpet Went in on Friday and the employees four of them told me I have to come back on Monday when the manager was there she was when he did returns so I asked him if there was another pair of boots. I liked another pair and they said that yes, theres another pair in back and it was my size just wanted to exchange n spend the rest the money there at their boutique They said to come back on Monday and I didnt get there nail today. manager there told me policy and called the main office and she really didnt fight for me very well because she didnt say that I spent $54 while I was waiting for them to see if the boots were there . To exchange with. Well I dont think its really nice what has happened and I think that they should change this ridiculous policy. especially since they were never worn on street or anywhere but on the carpet and only for about five minutes. Not happy never shop there again they good customer. I was not informed buying the 140$ boots of this policy. It was on the wall up high. Without my glasses I did not see it when I purchased them. Then upon returning I also was not apprised of the policy as well. The 4 associates could have saved me the extra trip the the extra gas and time.

I could not wait to get home to write this review. I'm very familiar with Patricia's, but tonight shocked and upset me. My partner and I decided to stop in after a night out at a nearby venue. We waited to be buzzed in, showed Gloria our IDs, and went through the whole entry process without any issues. Cool. After we put our IDs and wallets away, we began looking at the merchandise on the wall to our left (the wall next to the register) where the party favors and trial-sized lubricants are. I had a piece of white paper and a pink paper flyer in my hand from the place we'd previously visited, and I moved to put them in my miniature tote bag (which is not even big enough to hold a water bottle). Mind you, my partner was standing in between me and the register, obstructing the view of the lower half of my body. Tracy (or Patricia, depending on who is asking), the store manager, a middle-aged caucasian woman with colorful hair, immediately stopped her transaction with a customer at the register, stormed from behind the register, and began approaching us, loudly repeating "WHAT ARE YOU PUTTING IN YOUR PURSE??" and "YOU CAN'T PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR PURSE!!". Immediately, I understood what was happening. I was being profiled. I took the paper back and held the paper and flyer up in the air and kind of brushed her off because I was not stealing nor did I come in with the intent to steal. After she realized that she'd made an ass of herself, she began walking back behind the register and said something along the lines of "Oh, I thought people were putting things in their purse...you can't put things in your purse...". No apology. My partner and I did a quick look through of the store while Saucy Santana's "Material Girl" played in the background, but the tension caused by the incident really made us upset. The tension and sense of being watched was so heavy that we left and we will not be back. Ever. I refuse to further spend money or promote a place that profiles, accuses, and tries to humiliate its customers, especially its black, queer customers. Even one star is too much after this experience...

The two ladies working are wonderful! It was a bit awkward at first, but their demeanor really helped ease it away. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Highhly recommend!

I bought an bustier with a zipper. When I got it home, the zipper didn't work. I brought it back to the store a couple days later. It was unworn with the tags on it. I was told I couldn't get a refund nor do an exchange because it was a sale item. I wasn't rude or and didn't argue. I just said ok and took the item and bag back. I figured my bad. I won't buy any lingerie or mechanical items here again if that's their policy. I did need a couple things but as I was walking around the store, the manager followed me through the store watching me. I felt like a criminal. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be returning to the Grand/Gravois location.

Great customer service so I'll give it three stars; but very cheap toys and overpriced lingerie for the quality of clothing offered here. They do have a wide selection of sexual enhancement pills for women and men
