Very poor customer service!!! The guy with the dreads!! Tonight 12/30/23, 730AM-900PM store hours. We had a leak tire. We pulled up, doors were locked (maybe for his safety), with the OPEN sign still on, and not even 9PM yet. We purchased what we needed and realized we needed a plier. Went back to purchase a plier, door was locked again and he tells us that they don't have lenders and we will have to buy. Not expecting a lender.. we wNt to buy what we needed.

Great experience here, I got a box of spark plugs but there was one missing, so I went back up to get the last one and the manager working gave me one. no muss, no fuss.

The staff here are unprofessionalThey will sell u parts and put them in that only good thing but they are not perfeshonail other wise there very Inprorit and made me feel very uncomfortable and asked Inprorit question. I was never so glad to get out of there and by far it was not a good experience. And I was stuck till I had to waite for the ghy to put the air filter back in may cat and the screws where they belong. So I could be safe driving.I was so glad to leave and I fear for eny female's that may come in to this store . Because everything was said out side the store I had no. Witness. To it but I was very much uncomfortable ?
