Went in to recycle 3 batteries and 3 5 quart containers of oil. Younger guy tried to help us but another customer stepped up to another register and the older cranky manager told him to make us wait and help the other person. We waited thru that sale and he returned and take our batteries. As he was getting ready to help us with the oil, yet another customer stepped up to another register and once again the old biddy told him to help them and make us wait. At that point, I involuntarily cussed loudly and left. As we walked out she sarcastically said "I'm sorry you are not patient enought to wait". We went to Advance Auto where we were promptly and simply helped to recycle the oil. Worst customer service ever. Who interrupts a subordinate trying to help a customer twice? We are the wrong color I guess. Go elsewhere.

My car needed a new evap solenoid hose and I came in after 3pm during the week and was able to place an order to be shipped to the store with a pickup the next day. They were staffed enough to keep the lines moving and also had some background music while you wait. They also were fully stocked with all your automotive needs so don't hesitate to drop in.

The employees were uninterested in assisting me, and the lack of knowledge was laughable. They were more concerned with lunch and when their shifts were to end.

2006 ford Taurus stuck there all day freezing to death changing electrical components to find out the problem was an air hose obviously deliberately disconnected..Every customer service worker that was working that day/night were excellent help and went above the regular customer service protocol and helped me and put up with me being stuck there all day. Y'all are underpaid and deserve a raise!

The guy with the glasses and dreads, gave me nothing but wrong parts. Even the young lady knew what she was doing. I told him that he gave me wrong parts. I didn't have an attitude or anything. He ignored me. He didn't even say have a good day or youre welcome after I said thank you.. I had to go in and out 9 times today, because ppl like him have jobs that they either don't know how to do or just don't care. And he's someone who doesn't care. He's only in it for the paycheck. Which is cool. If you ever go there, do NOT see the guy with dreads and glasses. For he does not care, nor know what he's doing. U will waste more gas, than you spend. Smdh.

Visited store last night to return a part and the bummy cashier tried to keep the part of my refund that was cash! Never visit this trashy store. I could only imagine how much theft goes on at this store.
