The O'Reilly's closes 900pm but I was to they location by 8:40 while they have give me wrong parts , they sits down looks me in the window doing anything this is very unexpected and bad for business

This doesn't concern the O'Reilly's auto storeIn GeneralIt's about the Store personal not knowing how to dial a phone ? and putting a right jurisdiction of a area code which is (314) to the number their dialingJust make sure when you're dialing the phone ? that you include the area code each time you make a call ... Which in case is ( 314 )Please stop ? calling meI'm in Michigan with a similar number that is being dialed from your store ... This is the 3rd call in so many days which means someone or somebody doesn't know how to use a phone ? correctly ?

If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. My husband and I went in this store last night, Thursday, 8/10/23 around 9p. The African American female that was working was rude from beginning to end. She mumbled something about us looking around. She followed us around the store. She then proceeded to tell us that if we weren't buying something that we needed to leave. She looked dirty and unkempt and was definitely someone who does not need to work with the public. We ask for her name. She refused to give her name and laughed at us. We left and told her we wouldn't buy anything there and that we would be complaining. She said she didn't care and again, laughed at us. We left thr store and was standing in the parking lot next to OReilly's with our hood up when she came outside and stood in the parking lot staring at us like she was trying to intimidate us. This employee needs to be terminated. She is a horrible person to have in your store representing your company.

Everything was as expected for a store such as this, staff helpful, though I didn't ask for help, bc I was mostly just browsing, I stood in front of the detailing products for quite awhile, and no body acknowledged me, which would have been nice, but not a huge deal.

Worst auto retail experience of my life. I went into this store today to buy an oxygen sensor, and it turned out to be the wrong part so I went back to return it within the hour and was told they could not return it because it was a cash transaction and they had no cash in their drawers. They recommended waiting until they get some money from cash sales or driving 20 minutes to another store. Then the associates proceeded to harass me for being upset about them not helping me. One employee, Derrel, asked me to leave the store for being upset and when I asked for a printed copy of my receipt so I could try another store they begrudgingly did this after harassing me further. Ive never had a more disrespectful retail experience in my life. I’ve worked retail for years and I understand both ends of the counter- this was unacceptable.
