The employees are always courteous and helpful. Plenty of snacks and beverages are available. They also have sell lottery tickets and some souvenirs.

Continuing my review from the Kirkwood location regarding a car wash on November 11th, 2023. I drove here after purchasing a car wash at a location that had their car wash closed. This is clearly a scam to get folks to buy washes then not use them. I got in line as the 3rd car, one in the bay and one waiting. Both cars in front of me got their washes and MIRACULOUSLY it breaks down for my wash. The very kind guy working inside came and got the machine reset but it took a while. I simply left my house for a fill up and a car wash and it took an hour and a half. Bad business! Nice employees stuck dealing with your bad business.
