I highly recommend New American Funding for all of your loan needs. The process was so fast and easy! Everyone I encountered were so kind and caring and very easy to talk to! Ashley Johns was my loan officer and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was quick and easy for me, I highly recommend her she was so easy to talk to and she was very professional and amazing at her job.

We wanted to view a property but the realtor required that we were preapproved prior to looking at the property. They gave our information to this company and they called numerous times and emailed as well. If we didn’t contact you back we were never interested. When I spoke with Stephanie she flat out said don’t contact a realtor if you not preapproved, you can’t even look at a property. First of all I did not reach out to the realtor they contacted me when I inquired about the property on Zillow. All of this because we were interested in the home next to our grandparents home. Based on the online reviews this company is shaky.
