The staff here is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what know what they’re doing. The manager tried to get me to do auto pay when I refused to do it he stated you need to, I tried reporting them over a month ago and haven’t received a call back yet??♀️ This store definitely needs new staff. ??

The employees are friendly and professional. I was going to rent a power lift chair but then didn't end up needing it. They were very friendly and nice canceled my order. I got my money back on my credit card within an hour. If I have a need for a rental in the future I will definitely use the Dunn Road location

This has been the most amazing experience with customer service I had ever received! The level of professionalism here is so refreshing. From the moment of first contact, I felt valued as a customer. I rented a stove but you would have thought that I rented out their entire inventory! In other words, I, during the process, was top priority and that was awesome! I highly recommend this store for all of your rental needs. Visit the store. Ask questions and walk away feeling valued. The manager Joel was exceptionally great! I thank you for everything and my last minute request! I will definitely come back!!!!
