I will never go back to your Jackson store.I have been a customer for over a year . My payment always came out weekly through auto pay. The rude manager has been contacting me continuously telling me that I have to come back in to redo all my paperwork. But yet payment is never late dew to auto pay. I'm gone over the road and not home much. The rude manager finally told me to come in and redo everything or turn it in. So I finally told manager to just come and pick it up then. They said that is fine so we set pick up time for Monday morning. That was a week ago. With no text or call. So I just got home and text manager and told them they need to pick it up today. I only live 2 miles from Jackson store. They told me it would be next week before they would come and pick it up. This is unacceptable I have been waiting all week so I told them I would just have to set the sofa and love seat outside under the carport and all they said was ok and leave me alone. So kind of manager that you have at your Jackson tn store. I will never go back to that store and would not recommend that store to any of my family and friends or anyone for that reason. Do not waste your time or your money. They demanded back my mattress and box spring set but it's funny that it has been sitting in my driveway under my carport for a week now and they still haven't picked it up. How long does it have to sit there before it is considered abandoned by the store? My husband said it is now being charged a storage fee. It was scheduled to be "returned" a week ago but it is instead sitting under my carport being destroyed by the elements. I have already stated where it was and that they could come get it but that has not happened a week later. You demand merchandise back from someone who lost their job and then don't pick it up? So the point is? A mattress set that I no longer hold any legal responsibility for since they have been told repeatedly to pick it up

If I could give a negative 1 I would. The manager Angie is unbelievable. Has no time in the world other than to Harass people which does not phase me at all. The store has changed my payment dates from Saturday to Friday and that only got changed back after I called the person that was over them. She calls family members before the payment is even due and sometimes a day or 2 after a payment is late. If the payment is late, she blocks the online account which makes no sense because once you are late the online account doesn't allow you to make anything less than what is due, so this is her way of forcing you to pay over the phone to do things her way when she says do it. She has attempted to charge over double the amount and I'm not sure why. My amount due was $110 and I saw that rent one tried to take $267 from my account. She will charge whatever card on file to try to get a payment which you can only charge a card that you have given them authorization to charge with or without autopay. If the autopay card doesn't work, she tries another one. This lady is worse than a landlord and will stalk you down for a $90 payment. lol. I have never seen a real-life witch in my life and the customer service is sad. There are proper steps to take but harassment is not one of them. I have spoken with the district manager as well and it looks like they allow it so therefore I choose to not care. I reached out today asking if I could make my payment online because she blocked the account, she unblocked it and then text me 2 hours later saying " I thought you were making a payment. LOL Hysterical. I believe she things that she is bothering me but if I dont care was a person it would be me. I do however know how to go up the chain to make complains and keep things professional at the same time. Go to another Rent one not this one. Boss lady will become your ruler. lbs

So I went in to make a payment of 47 dollars for my last week payment today and then I told them that I will make the other payment on forday which my other payment is due and I had to repeat 4 times saying I don't have 89 dollars that they wanted now . So I told them to come and get the couch and I will never get anything from them again
