Attended an event they were present at this past week. Got an absolutely insulting offer for $375 on a $5000 ring and another ring with paperwork. We know what the ring is worth. Shame on me for thinking I would get a fair price for an almost like new ring (jeweler that looked at it said the stones were in perfect condition) and shame on you for clearly trying to take advantage of people

I had a great experience! Descenza Diamonds of Boston was hosting the three-day event. I purchased a ring about eight years ago, that I ended up never wearing and had no sentimental value. I often thought of selling it but was afraid I might not received a fair value! Your company was an extreme pleasure to work with. Your employees represented your company well. It was well organized and friendly! Eric, who wait on me, was so kind, personable, great expertise and matching great sense of humor! He gave me a price that I felt was very fair! It was the best experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again! Thanks so much!
