Horrible first experience buying with this dealer definitely won’t be back either sold me a car with a $1,600 GPS issue and we didn’t find out it had until 2 days after we bought it now somehow I’m using my bumper to bumper warranty to pay for it how crooked THESE GUYS DONT CARE ABOUT YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE also avoid using Dustin Olsen to buy a car any request you have he’ll broom it under the rug and play you for a dummy

We purchased a used Palisade yesterday from St. Louis Honda. Brian Andersen, our salesperson, was a tremendous help throughout the process! This was by far the best buying experience we've ever had. Brian answered our questions, did not hesitate to go to bat for us on price and personally ensured the car was clean and ready to go before we made our final decision. This is how the car buying experience should always be!

Bad business. Negotiated a deal shook hands. Asked many times to put down a deposit for a vehicle. Was told I couldn't without letting them appraise my trade in first...? Even after telling them I would put down 10k. Was told no. Came back next morning like the salesman told me to so he could appraise my trade in . Sold the car right under my nose that AM. No courtesy nothing. I'll think twice before shopping here again.

After taking my 2021 passport to a different Honda dealership and having them tell me the problem was fixed, when it wasn't, I decided to give St. Louis Honda a try.
Not only did St. Louis Honda quickly and CORRECTLY diagnose the problem, it was fixed that day.
Javier in service was extremely helpful and courteous, and this dealership has definitely earned a repeat customer.

Great experience here yesterday. My Son purchased a 2020 F-150 STX. The price was below average market and they gave him a fair price for his trade based off our research online for what it was worth.The sales person, Adam, super nice guy, no pressure. Didn't insist on riding with us for the test drive. I don't care for that since it seems like they distract you from listening and really checking out the vehicle when they insist on riding with you. So, big plus right off the bat right there.They have a large selection of used vehicles and this truck was really clean and beautiful.Thank you Adam, for the experience, highly recommend. ?

We've bought our last two Hondas from Mungenast and will never go anywhere else. The staff is always the best and they never fail to find us exactly what we are looking for. We've never felt pressured to buy and the service has always been top tier.
