The waiting time was too long.

I need to remind boa that the bank at Euclid and Lindell in St. Louis MO isn't just the rudest least staffed incompetent bank in the city or state. It's possible that this staff is the least qualified in the nation. One teller but four greeters in the lobby doing nothing. And don't even ask for quarters.

Great location, the parking lot is very small so you may have to park on the street. If you are in a hurry I would just park on the street and run in. Ninety percent of the time the parking lot is full so parking on the street will just save you time. There is a security guard when you walk in and no matter who it is they are extremely friendly. Then when you walk into the branch there is someone behind a small desk who greets you and takes you or will show you where you need to go. Everyone I encounter is very kind.

Always fast service with professional customer service. Parking is a little tricky, but wait a few minutes and someone will leave

The bank manager, was terrific despite being very understaffed. I've been here several times and typically, I am greeted by someone near the door. I'm usually here when it's not too busy so I get in and out quickly. No issues for me!

"Zero out of 10! Do not recommend!" Came in to cash a check written from a local college, drafted from BOA. Walked in and let them know I'd be cashing a check. They said proceed to the line and someone will help you. ONE TELLER, 7 customers in line. After waiting an hour to FINALLY be seen, the teller says, "Non account holders require check verification". Sends me to see the branch manager. Branch manager looks at the check and says it's good to go. Go ahead and wait in line AGAIN to have it cashed. LMFAO! Are you joking or is this just your cruel way of wasting my day/time?! Nope back in another 6 person line to wait for the snail slow line to move again.

Terrible bank. Closed my business account after over 20 years because they simply didn't like my business. So I closed my personal accounts. We have been fighting with them ever since. Just got notice today that my credit card which was closed in March got a .99 cent charge shortly after I closed it. Now Bank of America is charging me late fees and interest on the .99 cent.. By the time I received this letter, after change of address it was expired before I opened it. Called immediately to Credit card.. Of course there is nothing they could do. Bank of America you have a great name to bad you ruin it after that. Go to Commerce everyone..

I love my bank! Wouldn't bank with another banking company besides Bank of America. It's always a pleasure doing business with them.

My complaint is against Mike' financial advisor at the Lindell location in St. Louis, MO. I scheduled a time to speak with someone to add my daughter as an authorized user to my account appointment was made for 3-22-2021 Upon arrival, I was informed by Michael that they don't have anything to do with the credit card side and this could be done online. Have a good day. When I asked, why wasn't I ever notified to simply go online instead of you making an appointment he stated usually that would have been done... I said and... he says and what? I asked where to make a formal complaint, he then states I am the highest level you can complain to. We go back in forth and he threatens to close my account and call the police. I've banked with this bank for 36 years. This is the worst service. He never offered to get the problem resolved too busy waving who he was around and his threats. I will sue if this clown closes my account. He should be fired. Two weeks ago we called and spoke with him about making a large cash withdrawal from my wife's account, she was on speakerphone, and I could hear how rude he spoke with her. I intervened and asked, why was he talking to her like that, she can hear perfectly fine. He promised to order the cash and notify us, he never did. After day two of waiting, we went to the bank, he had it all screwed up, saying that they didn't have large bills and we would have to come back or we could wait for small ones. This was pre-arranged, this should have been handled prior to our arrival. We waited for 1 hr without incident. I will be closing my account now, but it will be on my terms. I didn't go to the branch close to my home because of the rude customer service at the Goodfellow branch, by an African, not a black man, the leader at that bank.

If you don't have an account at BOA don't bother coming here. Even if the check is written on BOA they won't cash it unless you wait for a personal banker to finish with their real customers. The people who didn't have an account weren't offered any assistance because they said they were too busy helping those with an account. Literally refusing to cash checks written on their bank unless you get an account. And why would you when all of their branches are closing. I can see them closing for good. I'm pretty sure they can't refuse to help customers who don't have accounts but they are at this location.

Went to the bank today to deposit my significant other's State of California tax refund check. For some strange reason, the online deposit for his bank wasn't accepting the amount on the check. Despite the fact that I have six business accounts with the bank, they wouldn't help. Didn't even bother checking my accounts. Such poor service. So disappointing after a 40+ year relationship.

Worse customer Service ever! I've been coming every month to make a deposit into my landlords account for the past few years, and I never have their full bank account so they always just look it up for me and apply my payment. Well today I went in and the woman refused to do that saying that it was a policy not to do that, and when I explained to her that every month for the past few years they have been doing it she said well that's just too bad and then I'm going to have to leave until I have the proper information. I got frustrated and asked to speak to a manager and said I didn't think that I had the right account number and so I gave them what I had and she still through the deposit back at me through the window and said I'd have to come back, thankfully somebody came up and there was a one digit difference and they finally deposited but it wasn't till after 20 minutes of frustration and arguing witht this young Indian lady. I wasn't asking for a balance, I wasn't asking for any personal information I'm simply trying to deposit money into one of their very important customers bank accounts and she didn't seem to give a flying flip. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a banking institution

Wow!! I had an amazing experience working with Eric. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and suggest services that might benefit me. The location itself is pretty, and has nice murals. TL DR 5/5 Let's break it down. Wait time 5/5. I made an appointment ahead of time and was shown to the agent right away. So no waiting whatsoever. Quality of service 5/5. I got a few suggestions as to the services that might help me. All great things! I've been to other BoA offices before, and mostly didn't get explanations that were as good or detailed.

I have been banking here for 5 + years because I'm obviously dumb. This is worse location under Bank of America for the simple reason They have more employees then any other location but they move the slowest. There is no such thing as in and out you will spend at least 30 minutes waiting minimum and the workers will give you a hard time. ML needs to pay they're employees better because they don't seem happy

Unfriendly staff who clearly does not want to help you. Would not recommend to anyone. Use any other bank. Seriously!
