The facility was really clean. The staff was very friendly. They had two drive up ATMs. Both were functioning properly and they even have another ATM at the front of the building. Plenty of ways to access your account

Lady that receives clients can't even focus on one client midst my conversation she's delighted to take anyone else recommend south county not sure why I tried giving this location another chance

What a great drive thru ATM! I was able to drive up to the ATM in my vehicle and use my BoA card to access my account. I'm sure other bank cards would work as well. The buttons were nice. They are large enough that you can reach over from your vehicle window and press them without making mistakes. If you choose to you can also use the screen to complete your transactions. It's one of those new touch screens machines. I was there to make a withdrawal and the money came out of the bottom slot quite smoothly. It didn't make any unnecessary noises and my dogs, in the back, were not scared or put off by the machine and/or it's noises. The beeps when making selections are at a nice volume. All in all I've been happy with my visits to this ATM machine. It is quite a marvel of engineering to begin with and this machine doesn't disappoint. I don't know about the inside or it's employees. I don't ever go in. Bye!

I've never seen a bank so consistently understaffed. It makes no sense to make customers wait 30 minutes or more minutes every single time they go to the bank. They need to hire more people.
