Giving two stars because the apartment it’s self is nice. I have lived here since October and I don’t like it. When I first applied they charged me admin fees twice. This shut my card down and haulted all of my auto payments putting a red flag on my account and I couldn’t use this credit card for two weeks after investigation. So I let them put the other money towards my deposit. Before I moved I let them know that I wanted to changed my move in day to the 24 th instead of the 10th. They made a big deal about it and wanted to give me a whole entire new Apt or to move in an entire month out. So I kept my same move in day which was annoying to do. On day of move in there was communication issues with deposits and move in fees. There was so much miscommunication that I think was going above their heads. The key to the parking gate does not work and you have to get out of your car to get the gate key fob to open. They did not tell me this when I moved in. When I needed to use the freight elevator for a delivery from a furniture store they told me that maintenance was gone and that I would’ve known that had I responded to the email. At the end of the this is a business and you have to treat it as such and some things are better left unsaid especially if you’re refusing a resident of the freight elevator. So they would not call maintenance and it was 4:28 and I feel the whole situation and petty. And I don’t feel comfortable living here after all the little things. The ppl in the leasing office are not trained and they make you feel as if you’re the one whose is in the wrong. They do nothing to accommodate or compromise with residents. Ppl come in through the front door with guns on their hips and in front of the camera. The 4th floor common way smells like seasoning salt. And there are yellow stains outside the main floor elevator. When I called corporate about the situation they were careless and she seemed careless and unapologetic in regard to the situation, and annoyed that how dare I call about this type of attitude. My resident portal keeps deleting, I have already had 3 maintenance calls on broken things. I am over it and I do not want to renew my lease here. It’s not the experience I thought I would have.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It started out good but then flew out of control. I’ve seen other bad reviews but it seems like someone is taking them down. There were reports of gates being broken for weeks, cannabis smells, and other strange noises. I lived here they say they have new management but it all seems to be the same. No one can do anything for you staff at hand or someone higher above them. They promote luxury living but it isn’t. There’s been blood in the elevator overnight, says we had 24 security and we do not. With everything that goes on downtown you shouldn’t have to worry so much within the walls of your busking but living here you do. It was just unpleasant to stay.

The new management company is impossible to get in touch with. My children are harassed by the employees and my eight year old was made fun of after an injury she sustained at the property left her walking on crutches. My children live at the building with my ex- and the terrible management doesn’t care about anything but the bottom line. The security guard and “manager” of the building let unoccupied teenagers PAY THEM to party on the roof and you can’t complain to anyone about it. Don’t rent in this building. Especially if you want privacy and not a “party” building on the verge of yet another disaster in downtown.

I came into town with a friend and wanted to stop by apartments in the area to see what they looked like. When I walked into Monogram I was greeted by Kelsey who was extremely welcoming and helpful. She answered all of my questions about the area as well as the Monogram building. The lobby area was very clean and smelled wonderful! Not to mention, the apartments we toured were some of the cleanest we had seen when we were browsing. They have on site security, a beautiful rooftop pool and clubhouse, and a freakin grocery store!!! If I were actually moving downtown (who knows maybe I will in the future) I would have immediately said yes to Monogram. I felt very comfortable in the building and talking with Kelsey, it was as if I was talking with my best friend.

The energy at Monogram on Washington is unmatched, you can tell it’s not just about a dollar to them. You can tell they really do care about their residents. I just signed my lease, and I will say Kelsey is nothing short of amazing! Just a wonderful experience, top to bottom, if you’re on the fence about this place - go for it, you won’t regret it!

The water goes out. You're told to call maintenance and they get it back on in about an hour just for it to happen again a few days later. Imagine entertaining company and having to give people water bottles to wash their hands because your LUXURY APARTMENT refuses to pay for the proper repairs to fix the issue. Everything else about this residence is great, but no water at times is unacceptable, especially given how much we pay.

READ FULL REVIEW: I’ve been hunting for my first apartment since March and Monogram was one of the first places I looked at. I did continue to look around, but just kept coming back. I met an employee that I will not name, but felt very uncomfortable around. I was made to feel like I couldn’t afford this place and was talked down to until I disclosed how much I made.. (big mistake!) I actually wrote this place off until the perfect unit came available. I applied and was approve the next day! This unfortunately wasn’t the end of my issues. I was so defeated UNTIL I met the lovely NEW STAFF!!! Let me tell you I am OBSESSED with them! They have been so sweet and accommodating. My short time here went from a two star to a FIVE STAR experience! The building is beautiful, safe, and pet friendly which was huge for me. I will always recommend Monogram now and am so excited to see new changes to come! I’m so happy to call this place home!

My prior landlord decided to turn all of our units into Air BnBs with little notice to tenants. I had a very bad experience trying to look at apartments and homes for rent on my first day. My second day, I had better luck and had seen 5 different places and almost cancelled my appt at Monogram because I was tired of driving around so glad I didn’t. Loved all the amenities - rooftop pool, dog park, grocery store in the building (not just a little market, but an actual store), dog park, frequent trash pick-up outside my unit, optional storage on each floor, gated or garage parking. And Josh was very helpful and kind showing me around. I have two dogs - one a pit and one probably a pit - and they allow pits with no added restrictions like some of the places I had looked at. The unit I was to be renting ended up not having a tub as we’d thought it did, so they quickly and easily changed my paperwork to a different unit, which ended up being on a higher floor with a beautiful view. The freight elevator was down on my move-in day, but they froze one of the passenger elevators for me and it worked just fine for the move. And they had a sweet move-in gift for me and the dogs upon arrival!

I was looking to move and thought this would be a great place. My first impression was walking into the office country music was playing I felt like I was at a bar. Not a luxury apt. We then entered the lobby it didn’t feel friendly, in the lobby there was blazing screaming country music. It didn’t give me professional or warm and fuzzy feeling. I felt totally out of place. Looks like a lovely place. I asked the the manager Carol about the music choice. She stated that’s what she likes, and prefer to listen to. Hmmm.. I’m a professional and in the workplace there are some likes you don’t force on others especially music. Needless to say I chose another apt community. Hope this helps!

I’ve been here a Few months & I love it!! The place is usually quiet & peaceful so for the most part there’s rarely any issues I love it here!! My sink got stopped up and the next morning there was somebody coming out to fix it the staff go above & beyond for the residents!! The floors get mopped everyday & they have security at night roaming around to make sure everything is good. I loveeee the fact that it has a gym, a grocery store so you don’t have to go far, & a rooftop for fresh air. To top it Off they have random contest for prizes.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Management is more worried about collecting rent than fixing all the issues. Broken elevators, key fob, trash in the hallways. What a dump!

Overpriced and the management is terrible. For 4 months the elevators have been broken, key fobs are unreliable. They are more worried about getting their rent than fixing issues. Terrible place. Wish I'd never moved I
