“This is my pharmacy and I've always had good interactions with the staff. There is sometimes a wait, but I do know that the volume of customers/ short staffing can play a role in that. I really enjoy using the drive thru, it's easy and convenient. The pharmacists and staff are always really helpful and answer any questions I have. I haven't made a ton of purchases inside, when I have I do notice a shortage of some products. CVS does have a good rewards program and offer some pretty legit coupons. I love their 40% off 1 item ones that come through my email and in my account. I often use these on makeup products, and I've also used it on a humidifier which saved me a decent amount of money!”
“Usually pretty quick service. Avoid coming near the 1st of the month, because it's usually a full house. Bill payments stop at 5:30pm, and I believe the same goes for Money Orders.”
“We recently relocated to the Alton area in this Walmart is the closer one to our house. I've read some of the other reviews complaining about customer service. I have not experienced any bad customer service from the employees. My biggest complaint about this store (and I've never seen it this bad anywhere else) is that they don't keep the shelves stocked very well. during peak shopping hours 5 to 8 PM the shelves should be stocked period. They should have stockers out there all day if they have to”
