TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a cute sweater, size L on black Friday (30% discount) for my 80yo mother. (she's hip like that) Original price: $48.99, was higher than I'd typically pay, but it was for my mama. Sweater was HUGE, submitted a return on 11/30 to get a size M. Apparently, I need to call to tell them I wanted an exchange vs. a store credit, even though I wrote this in my return comments. When I called, they were unable to accommodate my request as the top was now out of stock. I asked for a 30% discount and free shipping on another item - DECLINED. I asked for free shipping - DECLINED Sweater that originally cost me $34.29 ended up costing me $63.39. (8.40 - to return, 14.70 lost discount, 6.00 new shipping of equivalent sweater.) THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. Came to pick up my order and all the staff was gone on a lunch break.... no sign on the window and was standing outside waiting. Even tried calling but no answer. I waited 20 minutes for the staff to arrive back at the store. Would not recommend picking up from this location

I really do love their clothes and everything about MOD. If I could change one thing... it would be the MODels. Not them specifically. I think there needs to be some more diversity. Adding a few girls of color would look great. Especially because it can increase clients when African American girls see other African American girls in their clothing. I just think their instagram could use some color and switch up the models a bit! WE love diversity and it's always good to see it, especially at boutiques who have such a large following.

I placed two nice size orders and wasn't happy with any of the items ordered. I was surprised due to i usually find cute clothes in store. I will not shop there again. Im stuck with a bunch of clothes im unhappy with and my 18 yo daughter won't even wear them. I did read the return policy but was so surprised on the quality and fit of the items purchased.

awful place to work and shop. clothes are horrible quality that when damaged they try to sew in their free time to make "good as new". Owners and managers are very unloyal to the people who have been nothing but loyal and respectful. Use their clients and sales to own benefit and do not actually care about the person themself. All the merchandise is over priced and can be found at other boutiques or stores for half the price.

I usually shop at the Edwardsville Location and have found some good pieces here but they have been few and far between. It’s hard to find clothing here for busty girls. I usually wear a small shirt size and here even the larges won’t fit properly. Just disappointing to want to find a cute outfit, only to go in and them not have clothes to fit all body shapes.
