My wife & I need to give Noelle a 5 star review. My wife has horrible arthrofibrosis in her knees especially her right knee. We needed a lightweight easy to use electric wheelchair for her. She looked around and online, but we found the perfect one at Mobility City and Noelle was the perfect saleswoman. We are looking forward to more out & about adventures because of this wheelchair.

I rented a scooter for a conference. There was a miscommunication on the exact type of scooter that would accommodate my specific needs. I arrived just after closing time Friday evening. I called and left a message, expecting they would reach back during their next normal hours. Instead, I received a response within an hour or two. They replaced the scooter the following day (Saturday no less). They were extremely kind and accommodating. I’m very appreciative of the service I received and would happily recommend them to anyone needing to rent a scooter.

Wonderful business. The people are very experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I now have the best mobility scooter available. It’s a dream come true. And I bought it locally. Any repairs, if ever needed, is also available at this business. I’m very very happy such wonderful people are right in my area.

We picked up the scooter at the Westin in St. Louis on Thursday morning. It would not go! We walked it up to our room and took it apart and reassembled it, and it worked fine after that. I really appreciate the customer service. When I called to request the scooter, the person I spoke with was very kind and assured me that they had delivered to the hotel before. The scooter performed perfectly and made our trip much better.

We rented an electric scooter, and were extremely pleased with the service provided. It was so easy to speak with their employee on the phone, and she quickly determined which scooter would suit us best. Picking up was super simple, and so was loading it into my car.
The day we were supposed to return it (before 5pm, they close at 5pm), we encountered a delay at the museum, and were a little freaked out about making it back to the store by 5pm. The lady who rented it to us was incredibly generous with her time, she stayed late to ensure that we were able to return it properly, and was very thoughtful, urging us to drive safely in the rain rather than rush back.
The equipment was in excellent condition and very easy to transport and assemble every time we wanted to use the scooter. Mobility City clearly deserves their high reputation for great service and good products!

Wonderful experience with Noelle setting up appointment for needed service for my husband's mobility scooter. She was very patient with my many text requests.
Carl, the service tech who came out was very polite and kind.
However, he couldn't repair in our apartment so he took into shop for further diagnostic.
Called us back same day with total amount and what was needed to repair. Will be ready next day.
Carl delivered and my husband was zippy down the long hall again.
Independence regained!!!

I made several calls and a visit to the store before deciding on a WHILL Model Fi to solve some of my mobility issues. OMG, everyone at Mobility City has been a joy to deal with! After paying a fair price (not the cheapest price, but a fiar price) , the WHILL was delivered to my door in Edwardsville, IL, and customized on the spot. The power chair has worked flawlessly for half a year and I would highly recommend the WHILL Fi and Mobility City.
