Jeff at Midwest autoplex was great to work with. He made purchasing a car fast and easy. He has a great selection of inventory, helped answer our questions and got back to us quickly so we could get back to having a vehicle. We are happy with our purchase and would be happy to buy from him again in the future.

Very helpful, professional, and honest. My purchasing experience was easy and I felt super comfortable. Normally purchasing a new vehicle is stressful, not here. Very straightforward. Definitely would recommend.

I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. We went to look at their jeeps and they have a ton! Probably close to 20, but every single last one of them has really bad frame rust. On the ones that looked a little nicer/newer if you look closely you can see where they literally paint over the rust to hide it, but the paint was bubbling/chipping off because they didn’t actually remove the rust like they are supposed to, they just painted over it. When asked how firm they were on price the man stated that they do not haggle, when asked if they would fix the frame rust the man stated no they sell them as is. This is dangerous and a safety hazard! If anyone decides to buy from here PLEASE do your due diligence and have someone knowledgeable look at all aspects of the vehicle and test EVERYTHING in it before buying as they provide no warranties or returns for anything and refuse to fix severe issues with the cars but try to sell them at a price as if there’s nothing wrong with them. It’s a shame to see so many beautiful jeeps sitting there neglected and rusting away.

Walked into this dealership to buy a car for my son’s 16th birthday. I was wearing a blue medical face mask because I have an infant (which was with me). The guy working inside immediately yelled at me “Get out with a mask on. Can’t wear a mask here.” I was so taken aback. Needless to say I got back into my car and left.

I recently purchased a very low mileage 2003 Toyota Matrix from Midwest Autoplex. I live in Minnesota and this was my first out of state internet car purchase. I have a friend in Saint Louis who came in and test drove the car. He found it to be just as advertised and I bought it. Midwest Autoplex was great to work with start to finish. They answered all of my question throughout on a prompt and professional manor. Additionally they were able to set up shipping for a very reasonable rate which saved me from flying down and driving back up. My experience with Midwest Autoplex has been outstanding. I would buy from them again.

So last week I came up to this dealership and purchase a car a 2011 Chevy Cruze after purchasing the car the same day !!!!!! all these warning lights come on and I've been having problems with this car since .I believe the car was rigged up for a test drive it and as soon as I got financed for it my nightmare began the very same day!!!!! Jeff was trying to help somewhat after telling me that his help was voluntary so basically I was stuck with the car that had all of these problems !!!! he sold me a lemon!!!! I have to come out of over $1000.00 repairs only having this car one week!!!! now how is that fair !!!with a car I literally just bought I know the car is as is but if I had known that it had all of these problems I would have never got Finance for this car I feel like I've been bamboozled so please to save yourself the stress in the problems that I am going through !!!!!do not go to this car dealership!!! take your money elsewhere you have been warned buyers beware!!!!!

I came to this dealership to look at a jeep cherokee and I was looking at it for about 5 minutes and no sales representatives came out to greet me. I went inside and the only sales representative working asked if there was anything I could be helped with, so I asked to test drive the jeep. The sales representative then went on to explain to me how much money would be needed to make a down payment for the jeep and proceeded so far as to tell me that I could not test drive the jeep unless I confirmed and provided proof of having the funds needed for a down payment. Keep in mind the down payment was 40% of the total listing price of the car. I told him I had enough money for a down payment but he insisted that the financial details had to be discussed before a test drive would be permitted. He displayed awful sales practices and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle as the one I came to look at was falsely advertised. The jeep was supposed to be garage kept and no rust no issues. There was rust, cracked and worn bushings, multiple leaks from the engine, transfer case, rear diff, rear axel seals. This a shady place with horrible sales men. Just read the rest of the owners replies to one star reviews. He's an asswhole. If you act like that Mr. OWNER you'll go out of business.REPLY TO OWNER-Good luck with your business. You didn't wear a mask violating the city and your own rules. Maybe you should post what you said on all your Craigslist ad before being a douche about it. If you ran a real dealership instead of a shady business you'd allow people to look at the inside of the vehicle and take a TEST DRIVE TO MAKE SURE IT DRIVES WELL NOTTTT AAA "JOYYY RIDEEE" YOU IDIOT. You don't need to know how much a customer has before a test drive. You lost money today and will lose more in the future. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to judge. Is there anything else you'd like to say to make you look like more of an IDIOT BUSINESS OWNER?
