I was a customer here for about 8 years. I left and went to spectrum. I'm so glad I came back. I have a family plan with 3 unlimited lines and all 3 phones were free. $92 a month for everything!

They never answer the phone, not helpful, I've been waiting over two weeks for a phone that they have no idea where it's at I would not recommend going here, very unprofessional and just terrible

Visited this store to get some information about my account, and the male rep behind the counter started to curse me out and use vulgar words instead of actually explaining things to me. I am disgusted that a worker would actually insult and curse a customer out.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional teens working in the store. Spent over $40 bucks on a case and screen protector. Once out of the poorly lit store I saw all the bubbles on my screen. Sadly after going down the street to a GREAT Metro PCS store and buying a tablet, she tried to fix the screen but was not successful. Luckily I had a much better experience at the second store down the street!!

I like MetroPCS, but this store in particular is poorly ran. I switched from another provider back to Metro yesterday - bought a new phone & signed up for the $60/month plan. I told the woman specifically that I did not want the insurance (because if something happens to your phone, you STILL have to pay a $100+ co-pay), to which she assured me I would not be charged for it. Well, I received a text message today stating that I was being charged for an amount that was much higher than I signed up for - because the insurance was tacked on! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I went back up there to resolve the issue, and was told I would have to call customer service...which is odd, because the last time the occured the employee was able to remove the charge in-store. Hmmm. I hate to be such a Karen leaving a negative review like this because I would much rather support local business - but for real, the employees here seem like they really just don't care.

Best deals in the whole South Side...and if not further! Customer service is the best in this store. Ms. Deb looks out for every customer...Im a repeat customer here for a reason...that reason is because I like deals and be treated with respect!

The folks that work at this T-mobile are consistently knowledgeable and willing to help. Even when I needed help with international dialing to Hungary. Even when I wanted hand-holding to unlock a phone. They helped me to understand promotions and avoid getting looped into something I did not want. Very Happy.
