Arrived on Thursday October 19, 2023 at 11:30 am and door was locked. I waited for 20 minutes and left. There was no one in the store, lights were on it was full of inventory. There was no sign on the door. If you are closed down inform the public, Google said you were open. I wasted time and gas going to a phone store that was not open. First and last trip to this establishment

Terrible Sevice,I've never had to have my phone to pay my friends phone bill.People think they own the store.Never on time opening.Terrible service.

I have been with Metro for several years. I have gone to several different stores. This one, by far, is the best!!!! Highly knowledgeable staff and great attitudes.

Yes I came down to that Metro PC on Lucas and Hunt and natural bridge on North oak this is my third time coming to that store to pay a family member's phone bill and not received any service today I was trying to switch over to you guys from boost I said outside that store at the door for 30 minutes the man that was working was acting really belligerent and ignorant yelling person at me he is the same one that's working there every time I go and it seems like every time I go there there's an issue I am unsatisfied with the people you have working at that establishment and I am no longer going to go to Metro because of it

Terrible customer service I pulled on the door handle at 6:15pm the door is locked. The worker and a customer are in the store, the Metro P.C.S employee NEVER acknowledged me, the customer did. I have never done or said ANYTHING out of the ordinary.If this employee worked for he would be fired.I am changing my phone service.After today.
