LIARS. They give fake names(Maxx, Chase, Brian, June...) and ID numbers. They are also THIEVES!!!! Don't ever pay cash at these places, they will tell you some number that makes absolutely no sense, when you try to argue with them, they will use their language barrier to their advantage and keep talking you in circles telling you what you want to hear. Once you get to the counter, price changes, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! That extra amount that makes no sense, goes straight in their pocket, I seen the worker do it....Maxx!!!! THATS THEFT!!!!!!! And they WILL NOT print you out a receipt no matter how much you argue with them. I spent 350 dollars on a new phone, case, screen preotector, and internet box...somehow the price went from 250 to 350 by the time we walked two feet over to the counter...still have yet to recieve any kind of reciept or proof of purchase....because it would show theivery happening. Absolutely appalling services offered. It's worth the money to switch to a more expensive phone provider just to be able to talk to someone you can understand and have a human conversation with. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS. THEY CANT JUST KEEP STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND GOING ON WITH THEIR LIVES LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. We work hard for our money, we don't steal. Also, we never received a "free month" of internet service when we signed up, been paying for it since DAY 1. It's a scam, it's false advertisement. I was told by "Chase" and "Brian", MetroPCS customer rep supervisors, there's nothing we could do about it, that the charges are valid. So if you sign up for their internet service, you WILL NOT receive any months free, and chances are you will overpay for the box in store like we did. No recipet to prove it...because "they don't print out receipts" is what I was told.

Would give this a negative star if I could!!!! Switched from verizon(for personal reasons) we were in a rush and the young Indian man(who claimed his name was Maxx (found out later on was NOT his name. Kept rushing me too find the information too transfer numbers from Verizon, to the point he even TOOK. My phone from my hand to get the number without asking me, then proceeded to “SELL” us phones that were marked as “on us” (will come back too this) with number transfer!!! Only too find out it WASNT the phones he rang up but an almost $200.00 jbl speaker???? Long story short we talked too the police and supervisor too find out that this “maxx” has done this to many other people on top of the fact he OVER CHARGED US $275 more than we were suppose to originally pay!!!!! This man needs too be fired!!!! Mind you this is the receipt he gave me , when I got an IPhone 11, Samsung FE and the unlimited plans for both not no screen protector, no speaker. Nothing else!!!!

Refuse to sell the phone since it's free and they'll make you buy a case even if you have one and a screen protector for a hundred and 15 dollars it's a scam, nobody has the right to make you buy something you don't want or need. Customer service said they don't have a right and if you refuse to they make up excuses

This was a great experience. Harry is very knowledgeable about telephone applications and how to upgrade your existing telephone. I'm walking out with a terrific sound system , upgraded phone and other goodies at a fantastic price. I'll be back to sign up my son and I'll be dealing with Harry again. And, I give very few reviews so I was truly impressed with my experience. Highly recommend this store.

Awful experience and even worse customer service.A worker named Grace sold my mom an IPhone XR when she thought she was getting an IPhone 11. We returned later after realizing. We were able to watch/listen to the security camera footage where we were clearly able to hear my mom’s excitement over the IPhone 11 she thought she was getting. No mention of the IPhone XR. Grace refused to listen to the whole audio and insisted she was right.
