Great experience, I was desperately looking for a phone and I got a great deal by this girl Erika. It’s so hard to find a sales rep that cares about what you need . I’m sticking with Metro and recommend to come to this store and look for her!

My experience was horrible today. A worker that sold me a phone Wednesday was not there and stated I could come to pick up phones that he forgot to put on my metro bag. The workers there did not want to work behind him due to circumstances unbeknownst to me. I recieved a text from the sales person that I was there for asking why was harassing his co-workers and that he had had my phones on his person. Another stating he was at Jummah Prayer, then another stating he will be at the store with my phones at four.I don't feel comfortable with him now and feel corporate office should get involved for my safety and inconvenienceAnisah Hassan

This store is the go-to store!! I had a terrible experience with another store and was not given my phone case that was included in the bundle I purchased with my upgrade. I arrived at this store to meet the store manager, Amer. He was extremely friendly, and well mannered, As well as having my issue was fixed in under five minutes. I've been a customer of metro for 6 years and this store is officially the only one I will go to from now on. Owners of this location should be so proud of their management and how they treat their customers! ?

They have some great deals on phones. And unlike other places they actually will have a case for your phone.
