Went to see about doing a insurance claim on my phone and found out they don't do that in store anymore it's all online. So the guy tells me Im eligible for a Upgrade. He tells me to look at the phones that say "Free",so I tell him which one I like and he tells I can get it for $189.99!! I ask him why is he having me look at phones that clearly says "Free". He tells me thats only for new customers!! I ask him "What does being a Metro member since 2019 get me" he laughed and said nothing!! Now I'm in the market for a new phone provider!!

They set me up with a family plan that works for me and I'm saving money. I like Metro better than Spectrum.

I went cause my phone completely died and I needed a replacement. The guy said I could have an upgrade between 2 phone choices and when I asked for spec differences between the two and which was better quality all he would say over and over again was \\\"depends on what you want\\\" he ended up grabbing a random phone, Galaxy A13. He also grabbed the A23 case for me and I told him he grabbed wrong case he said they fit same. I now have a phone that must constantly be on charging cord because it drains obscenely fast, constantly crashes, and I can't use the audio jack because *surprise* the A23 case covers the A13 audio jack.

I live in St. Louis City and most mobile phone stores are run down and have horrible staff. I just switched to Metro PCS today and the clerk, Alex, at the location off Jefferson was amazing. She was knowledgeable and kept the store spotless and organized. Very happy with their services so far! :)

This store will scam you out of your money!!!! I went to this store to switch from a different phone service provider; on Metro's company website they have a deal where you geat an iphone se for $ 49.99 if you switch and pick a plan. They denied the deal at first and tried to sell me the phone for $299 at the cheapest. I was confused on why they didnt honor the seal so i called customer service to see who had the deal. Customer servive informed me that they store had no reason to deny the deal because they were indeed a branch that were SUPPOSED TO go with the conpany guidlines. I wentback to the store with customer service still on the phone and they STILL WOULDNT SELL ME THE PHONE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN 100. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS NUTS AND A WASTE OF TIME. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH AF

Called for some information. A lady picked up and rudely answered "no!" to a question about a phone availability. Then, the phone went mute and hung up. I called back twice thinking it was a bad signal. No one answered. How do they expect to earn my money if service is terrible from the initial call. I will take my money where the business owner knows that it's customers like me that put food on their table. Keep in mind that there are multiple independently owned Metro PCS stores to choose from within the area. You can't afford the bad service. Good luck!

Hector got caught lying to customer service while I had them on 3 way. He sold me 2 phones even though I said I only needed 1. He said you'll have a backup. Then he told customer service he didn't say it, 10 minutes later he said he did say it. But the backup phone doesn't work properly and the store refuses to replace it even though I only got it a few days ago. I wouldn't buy anything from these lying no good people. They're only there to rip you off. Hector works at the South Broadway store too. I didn't want a refund I just wanted a phone that works entirely.
