Salespeople barely spoke English. They were rude pushy and tried to get me to buy things that I simply did not want nor did I need. As I was in a hurry and it was an emergency I did end up getting a phone I've hated that phone ever since. It's the worst phone I've ever had. Won't be going back

They need to close this location down. It never fails. I went into the store today so my son can pay his bill and the store was locked at 1:43pm when their hours are noon to 5:00 on Sunday. When the young lady finally came to the door , I ask where they open she said yes I was on a break and I’m the only one here that’s why I locked the door. It just opened at noon to remind you. So I ask can my son pay his bill and she said yea but she act ask if she didn’t want to help us because I ask questions and she just kept saying call customer service. Every time we come to this location none of the employees don’t have phones for us to purchase, or the store is always close when it’s supposed to be open, or the employees don’t never want to help. So we leave to go to a different location. I feel we should’ve to when this close by.

I went in this month to pay my bill and was welcomed by an extremely beautiful and kind woman with the most persuasive eyes I’ve ever seen. Not only did I pay my phone bill but she talked me into switching my plans AND got me an amazing deal on a tablet for my wife since I had expressed that I wasn’t able to get her anything for Valentine’s Day. She was a breathe of fresh air and I’m so glad someone so helpful was there. Hopefully she will be there whenever it’s time to pay my bill again, I will drive to wherever she is working just for her great service.
