To the sorry male employee who answered the phone at 12:50pm on Thursday October 26, 2023. You are a condescending prick. I'm not sure why you felt the need to snicker and giggle while asking me condescending questions. Not only that, but you also, without saying the exact words, refused to let us rent your power wheelchair. We asked to rent a power wheelchair. Even supplied that we ourselves already own one, it just didn't fit what we needed it for. Our wedding is outdoors, and his isn't working well enough. Thanks for not helping us at all. The south county location has literally never treated us this way.

We Talked to Matt who was Awesome & Helped out a Lot , My mom was coming home from Rehab & we kept getting mixed answers about Equipment we needed & Insurance coverage or Not , So We Made 3 Stops total & Got all we needed , I didn't mind paying , (It's My Mother) but Matt was Very Helpful & I Reccomend this Place over others -

This place is so helpful and workers go above and beyond. Coming home from hospital, the equipment rental location (Provider Plus) fell through and left me with no way to sleep. My husband went here and they were able to get a bed delivered that day. The workers worked extra to make sure I had a place to sleep that night!

My power wheelchair is a piece of junk compared to scooter chair. It last me over 6 years.This last one did not even last a year.Customer service is rude.

I bought a scooter on Saturday an u can't hear the horn ur tech told me to go buy a bicycle horn and use that I wouldn't recommend this place

There folks are the best. My teenage daughter is involved in HOSA and was required to learn how to place a straight catheter, do injections and place an NG tube for the national finals that were coming up. I didn't have the equipment and the teacher that was supposed to get the equipment to her had a family emergency. MediEquip had all the supplies I needed to teach her how to do these nursing tasks. It was also very reasonably priced. As it turns out, my daughter placed in the top 5 and is going to the international competitor In in the clinical nursing category held In Nashville, Tennessee in June of 2022. She wouldn't have done well had we not gone to the MediEquip on a whim to get the supplies to practice with.

Avoid the sales people here. They are happy to sell thousands of dollars in equipment to a grieving spouse and hide behind manufacturer policy as an excuse not to restock the equipment that never got used. Good example of a manufacturer and reseller who co-author self-interested policies that hurt consumers and prey on those near end of life.

We have had a terrific experience working with Matt in the south county location and Abe in the Manchester location! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough in explanation, very customer centric and pleasant. We weren’t pressured into anything, given the facts and also helpful insight on the products we were seeking. Matt followed up with me via email for almost 2 months until the ideal scooter became available for my wife. Even the delivery gentlemen were so kind and helpful in explaining the operation of the lift chair. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Matt, Abe, and everyone else involved with our purchase were stellar!

Thank you SO MUCH to MediEquip for the work your service attendant, Jason, did for my parents. My parents shared that he came from St. Louis and made repairs to all three chairs. One or two were under warranty and the other was at minimal cost. He was professional and very kind, too. This daughter appreciates your quality service and the respectful manner in which two customers were treated. ?

My husband was in a serious car accident and we needed lots of medical supplies. My son made quite a few trips to the Med Supply store. He was there so much, they asked him if he was a contractor. He bought a chair and bathing equipment and lots of bars. So he bought this very expensive bar which was for help getting in and out of the shower which costs around $200.00. He was never told that it was non returnable. We discovered that we no longer needed the bar and tried to return it. We were told that it clearly says on the receipt no returns. So they would NOT accept an sealed box because of COVID. I told the manager there isn't any COVID on a box. She reiterated that they could not accept it. But, if you rent a cane, you can return it to the store. So I guess a new sealed box could have COVID, but a cane that you clearly put your hands all over does not. I was also intending to buy a wheel chair and rent a hospital bed indefinitely. Not gonna happen at this store.
