This is the most unprofessional place I have a ever experienced I needed cpap supplies and a lady from the new St.Peters office told me that they have over 200 orders a day and one person to log in accounts my order/account has not been set up after 2 months of waiting…. I was as pleasant and understanding as I could be until she became dismissive and upset….currently on hold for a supervisor

Vonica was wonderful!! She fixed all our problems and I am excited to sleep tonight. If you need cpap help or supplies Med Weat is the place to go. Vonica should be recognized for going above and beyond for her clients. We couldn't be happier.

I was given a defective Resmed 21 cpap machine that made an extremely loud noise right from the unit itself. Then it turns off with error. I asked for a working new unit and the staff said ALL resmed 11s are defective and a new one wouldn't help. She said if you hit it hard on the water reservoir can be made to work and to expect it to always be broken if you don't beat the unit. I am going to get to the bottom of this whether just a bunch of lies or the alternative that Resmed is knowingly putting out defective medical equipment! I am not sure whether this was knowingly selling me a defective medical product because they are all bad or just lies about my unit. When I return I will ask other patients to discover the truth.Will update this review with video of the issue and their resolution after I go back.

These are the worst people to deal with, absolutely no help. They don’t seem to care if the patient has concerns. You tell them what you are experiencing and they say no you’re not it designed not to do that. I would highly recommend you steer clear of Medical West Supply if at all possible! @medicalwestsupply

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! My husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was told he needed a cpap machine in October 2023. The order was placed for the cpap machine in early November 2023. He is a union carpenter and was going to lose his health insurance due to being laid off after 12/31/2023. He called this establishment every week after the order was placed for the cpap and they continuously said “it’s not ready, it’s being programmed”. They finally called him on JANUARY 2nd, TWO DAYS AFTER HIS INSURANCE EXPIRED to tell him the machine was ready, when they had approximately 6-8 weeks to get it ready. I added him to my insurance and let this establishment know so we could finally get his machine, and they called us to say they had it ready and made and appointment with him to pick it up. When the day of the appointment came, they said they hadn’t been able to clear the machine with the new insurance, when they had told him on the phone that they had already. Ultimately, after my husband became irate at our experience, they let him leave with the machine and said we would be billed later. If I could leave a negative star review, I would.

After having problems with my new CPSP mask, in my most recent appointment, the Medical West tech kindly assisted me, providing me both a new mask which fit and guidance to use it.

I appreciate the step by step care, teaching me how to use my cpap machine .When I was confused I was encouraged to take photos. It was a great idea , a visual aid. I am grateful . I would recommend Medical West to my contacts for this service.

I've been waiting more than 5 months for a CPAP machine that was ordered by my doctor. Every time I've called Medical West they've had no answers for me. Worst experience I've ever had, hands down.
