April was my first point of contact and she took the time to allow me to explain my symptoms and ensured me everything was going to be ok. And at the end of my visit she gave me the most encouraging words. Then there was Michelle the nurse who shared some of her life stories with me that was super uplifting and we just laughed. Finally Adam(Doctor) came in and walked me through what he thought may be going on and took his time to explain and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. You never know what a person is going through and it is so refreshing to know there are still kind people in this world.”

I struggle with needles and getting my blood drawn but at this quest I don't feel a thing and they are so kind and understanding. This is the only quest I go to in St. Louis.”

“People are very nice here and it’s very efficient. but it so confusing and impossible to find. No signage anywhere in the facility. The directly says ground floor but impossible to find. There are signs everywhere but no Quest signs at all. In the area that it’s in has signs for every service center but the lab.”

“The minute I walked in to TAUC I felt a caring attitude. I called in at 6 am to get an appointment and was #2 on the list. This is a great benefit and I hope more people find out about it. After talking to the Dr., she thought maybe I needed an ultrasound to make sure that I did not have a blood clot. I was referred to another TAUC across town and had a 3:45 appointment there. Again with a caring attitude, I was taken care of promptly.The ultrasound tech explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After the radiologist read the ultrasound, the Dr.came in and reassured me that I did NOT have a blood clot and I could travel the next day. Both appointments combined took less than 2 hours. I can't imagine how much time I would have spent in an Emergency room.”
