That same day, I stopped by the nearby Casper store at the Galleria and was met with a very kind and calming associate - TKay! She led my partner and I through the various options and listened to me say “too soft,” to every bed before I found my perfect (rock solid in the best way possible) bed! She didn’t make me feel bad at all for wanting to leave the store to think about it - no pressure at all to leave with a purchase. That same day, I called and purchased it over the phone. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but it was because of a great sale the company was having - no complaints. I was VERY nervous how I would like the bed especially the first few nights but I immediately fell in love right away! Thank you TKay!!!!!”

“Great mattresses for reasonable prices, but the thing that sets this store above the rest is the stellar customer service. Personal attention and delivery is awesome! I inherited an elderly dog that peed on my bed and Ed made sure I had a bed to sleep on right away and even suggested a mattress cover so it would not happen again.they delivered it and put the mattress cover on for me. Everyone was so nice, even the delivery guys.Ed listens to what your needs are and helped me pick out the most perfect mattress for my sleeping comfort. I won't go anywhere else for a mattress.”
