I was absolutely amazed and impressed with the customer service and knowledge acumen of Kevin, one of the staff members at Mattress Firm. He listened to me and my needs for a mattress(I've MS, so I need more give) and he really helped me with my search. A million stars if I could!!

Looked online for one mattress in my price range and found a better one for a tad bit more the service provider was very helpful and knowledgeable and he got me the best mattress for my price range. I am very pleased with the quality and service.

Easy experience. I looked online ahead of time to filter my options. There were 5 mattresses within my price range that I was considering. I told this to the salesperson. They showed me the mattresses and gave me some tidbits of additional info as a tried them out. They weren’t pushy at all. I decided on one within ~15 mins and was out the door with the sales receipt in another 5. Nice, chill people.

Tyler from Mattress FIRM was awesome. Best customer service I had buying a mattress. Financed a bed with him in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and I would definitely recommend my friends to buy a bed there.
