Very rude and unprofessional I called and asked question about 3 expired sessions that just expired onSeptember 29,2023 I tried booking and appointment at WingHaven location prior to expiration date at time this location had a new manager that I spoke with and she stated they just had hired a new esthetician wouldn't be starting for a couple weeks .Tried booking and appointment today and because I don't desire a membership with Spa Envy they wouldn't honor expired sessions. If they had better customer service and reliable techs I wouldn't have mind becoming a member.

This massage Envy is unprofessional and will scam you out of services that you've paid for. Go somewhere else. I was given bad information by multiple people here. Then told even though they provided bad information I would not be allowed to use services I had already paid for. Very bad experience. And the manager was not helpful at all... I'm sure I am not the only person who's recieved the short end of their poor communication and knowledge of their own policy.

Great customer service at the front desk!! They have quite a few different therapist with varying styles. I've been coming here for over a year. It's a nice spot.

The weekend desk clerk was so very helpful. I was there at 8 am on Saturday morning and she was so sweet and helpful. She told me about Massage Envy’s three month deal. $225 for four visits. I signed up and am a very happy customer. Jeremiah was my masseuse and he did a great job. I wasn’t sore afterwards. Felt loose and good. Going back next week to try bio freeze I think it’s called. Supposed to help with tight sore muscles!

Least relaxing customer service experience. I did a three month trial, was told that they would not charge me after the trial was over month to month, come to find I have 4 months of charges on my credit card statement without a single call from Massage Envy to let me know that maybe I should consider making an appointment. Tried getting a refund and the manager denied me and I have limited time to use massage credits. Miscommunication from staff and management about billing practices. Not transparent or customer friendly.

The customer service skills at this location are absolutely horrible. They prefer to point out mistakes you made over helping them. I totally understood that I didn't understand the original agreement and just asked for cancelation back in October. The manager was so freaking rude. Repeated over and over again "you signed this and you signed that". I let them know that I was not asking for money back, I just needed to cancel. I went to the location in person at a later date and was told that I would be immediately cancelled. I had massages I had paid for and could not use. I asked if I could donate them to anyone as a pay it forward kind of thing. They said they had a program for teachers and firefighters and whatnot and that they would donate the massages to them. I've been charged again since then, so I called. Yet again RUDE customer service. I was told there was no record of my visit to the store and was told they needed my signature to cancel. Why didn't the person on my second attempt get a signature? I have no idea. And no record of my request to donate my extra massages. I couldn't scan the paperwork sent to me via email this time, so I went to the store. And guess what. RUDE PERSON NUMBER THREE. If I was trying to get money back I would understand them pushing back, but this was something I NEVER asked for. The person at the location tonight was so uncaring and could not process my cancellation. They said I would get a phone call. So my ordeal is STILL NOT DONE. I understand contracts and terms and conditions, but there is NO REASON for such rudeness and condescending attitude from so many people from this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

Massage by Jeremy was phenomenal. He was attentive, engaging and made sure that I was comfortable and that my needs were met. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and energized.

DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT. They call you incessantly and are rude. I recently was able to cancel my contract but can't use my credits due to a Corporate issue. "You can use your credits anywhere!" Not true. They are hard to work with and unhelpful. Wish I had never gone in. Massages are very average.

Friendly front desk staff who went out of her way to help me find an appointment when I explained why I needed it.Loved my massage therapist Natalie. She was very helpful and made me feel relaxed. After finding out what I needed worked on she concentrated on making sure those areas were thoroughly done. She was great at her job.

I have been a member for years. I have several massages saved up and wanted to transfer them to my daughter and her boyfriend. They will only allow you one transfer a month even though I have like 12 saved up. When I express my frustrations to the "boy" on the phone, he just hung up on me... WOW!!!!!! I honestly can say, I will be using these up as fast as I can and switching to another company. THIS LOCATION IS SO RUDE!!! No wonder why this is the ONLY location in my area that ALWAYS has available appointments. I love the Maplewood location, but will still cancel my membership once these are used.
