I was there for a one-say professional conference, so I can't review its main function. The meeting spaces were fine, the temperature was comfortable, and the catered food was fine. No complaints.

Great location. The positive part stops there.Dirty rooms. Customer service is not the forte of the front desk staff, especially the females.During the recent storm, only the bare minimum was plowed, not a single handicapped spot was plowed/shoveled out when they plowed/shoveled the property.Sock left on floor from previous guests…Mildew in shower on curtain…Shower head couldn’t move or else it would fall off…No ironing board…Filthy air vents…

The front desk was not very helpful. The outlets in the room were not adequate enough. The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything that the person next to me was doing all night long. The bar/restaurant in the lobby was the only decent thing about this hotel.

Excellent staff at a dated facility. It’s great to have a Concierge back in the lounge and Ginese is a great host. Also appreciated Julie at the bar. The room was clean and well maintained, but lacked usb power ports.

My Stay (01/02/24 - 01/12/24) was great! From the moment I walked in the Reception staff , Housekeepers, Bartenders were welcoming w/ a positive attitude every interaction. Their hospitality was awesome and very accommodating. Met some good people from all around simply by just sitting at the hotel bar while enjoying dinner&drinks. Clean room/ fresh comforters & fresh towels daily. Overall 4/5 stars. Looking forward to my next stay w/Marriott.

I was disappointed with the evening reception in the M Club but they made up for it with the best breakfast! Clean hotel and friendly staff. It wasn't very full but it looks like a lot of the office buildings around them are vacant now. Definitely a gem if you want to relax!

Nightmare hotel. Filthy, stinks like moldy cat urine, dirty floors and walls. Old unkempt building with obvious structural issues and lazy maintenance. If you prefer dirt and a musty night, this is your spot!

Not worth the price. Maybe 3 stars in 1970. Shower is out of date and Poorly functioning. Two people staying for 3 days never received fresh towels. Late check out denied Because of desk clerk stupidity, old poorly functioning appliances. A motel 6 scores better on room amenities. Save your money for something better. This place is Lousy for cost.Rooms: Below averageFood & drinks: Poor selection.

This place might have been a 4 star hotel in the late 1990s, also the last time that everything above the lobby was updated. Horrendously overpriced rooms and food, bottom-of-the barrel customer service and absolutely depressing location. When the free coffee runs out in the lobby (which is quick) they’ll happily sell you a $4 coffee (but it’s ok because they have free water). If listening to the toilet run all night, moldy shower curtains and standing in a half full bath while you shower is your thing, this is your place. I’ve stayed at many nice Marriott’s but this one is at the bottom of the list. Bulldoze the place and start over.

The hotel is old and it looks old. Lots of wear and outdated features. Our room was not clean when we arrived. There was someone’s dirty laundry on the floor, hair and paper pieces on the floor, and a large blood smear on the inside of the bathroom door. That was the most troubling. The little instant coffee maker / water heater didn’t work. No cleaners attended to the room while we were there.

Excellent Marriott property, all the things you would expect except for a club lounge for elite members.

Had to stay there due to soccer tournament rules. Probably would have picked a more kid friendly hotel. Some of the staff were very cranky and rude to the kids laughing and playing (not rough or even kicked a ball to each other). No restaurants within walking distance. Hotel food was good. Only had a take out bag breakfast that wasn't carb friendly for those of us with dietary restrictions.

Attended a group seminar for the Missouri Brain Injury Association of Missouri. The Marriot St. Louis was a very nice experience & enjoyed the visit as well as the dinner. Very clean environment with a very friendly staff. The Marriot St Louis is so much more than just a nice place to stay but not so nice to try to locateFood & drinks: The lunch was pretty much appetizers but the quality & flavor stood out
