Great location and amenities for those traveling through STL. Despite a seemingly dated structure, the Marriott St. Louis Airport is a hopping venue with updated interior and rooms. My two queen bed room was compact, but there was no smell of mold or mildew and the bathroom was very clean. While the wings were a bust at the on-site restaurant, I highly recommend the smash burger! Great flavor, crispy patties, and if you like aioli, pair it with your fries. This would have been a five start review had it not been for the Lounge "benefit" for Marriott Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite members. I visited after check-in to find no food (trays and chafing dishes were picked clean), room charge only 'honor bar', and a staff member seemingly indifferent about the lack of offerings. Thankfully the front desk staff was able to help me remedy this experience with a voucher for the on-site restaurant.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower and on the soap dish inside. Shavings inside the bathroom sink. Air conditioner didn't work and it was HOT in our room. In fact, we left at 530 AM after only being there 6 hours. Waste of money and never again.Rooms: Dirty and hot.Noteworthy details: Bathroom was not clean and room was hot. Air conditioning did not work.

Perfect location to the airport for a quick stay. The proximity to rental car companies and shuttle service is ideal. The bathrooms are much smaller than other locations. The bar and restaurant are sufficient.

I practically live at airport hotels and it doesn’t get any worse than this. Sour service. Crappy food. The “transportation” doesn’t show up until they feel like it. Worn out rooms. Climate control does not work properly. Plumbing does not work properly. Lighting does not work properly. You will get way more rest cheaper, faster, cleaner, more comfortable at any local motel. Please do not patronize. You have a choice.

Here i want to Thank the manager Ryan Konz for his exceptional hospitality and care for the customers. As titanium elite he made me feel welcomed and taken care off. He is the perfect example of a great manager that put the customers first . Way to go .

I've stayed at this hotel many times at least three or four in the last year. I find the only problem at this hotel is I have to manually get Marriott to add the nights that I stay there to my account. And it seems to take at least four or five emails to get them to add the knights to my account a real pain in the butt.

The rooms were disgusting. The towels were dirty/used and hung back up and not even professionally. There was dirt and hair all over the bathroom like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I get early leave bad reviews but I start in a lot of hotels. The floor was gross. The coffee pot was gross. The room was gross. It's at bc I love the front desk people. The waitress/bartender last night wasn't nice at all. It was just a bad experience. I hope they get it together bc I normally love this hotel bc of the people. But, not this time!!

The restaurant is delicious. The staff are very friendly. The workout room is pretty decent also. But my room was disgusting. Stuff splattered on the door and walls. A footprint on the sheets, make up all over one of the pillowcases the carpet definitely was not vacuumed. Found a dirty washcloth when I pulled out the dryer, hair all over the shower.
