Mark's printed a large number of reports for us. We found an error in the table of contents when we picked them up (our error, not Mark's) - they printed us corrected pages at no charge and were very patient with our panic. Thank you, Mark's!

We've used Mark's for years at the company I work for. They've made the ordering process for us a breeze. They're always quick to respond to emails and very fair with pricing. Last year I needed invitations and stationary printed for our elopement and wedding reception. Everything was ready within 2 days and turned out perfect! Highly recommend!

I was given one price paid half and then when I went back I paid in full a few days later I dropped off another shirt and was told I would have to pay $163.00 more due to their error and then was given every suggestion on how to get something I didn't want to make up for their error. I would have paid the difference if they at least admitted it was their mistake. Jaden also attempted to make me pay for shirts they ordered after I told another rep I didn't want the shirts, I would bring in my own. Jaden kept informing the other employee it's $100 to send them back and informing her what she did wrong. I just feel there is a time and place to fix your operation issues and that is not in front of your customers. I had this issues YEARS ago and decided to give it one more shot BUT I should have stayed away. The one star is for the hard work the guys in the background do the quality is usually good. My order was originally $735.78 and it went to $899.07. I canceled the order minus my stickers to be told I have to wait till Friday to get my money back. All this over $163.29 I wish there was a better outcome because I wasted 2 weeks.

This was a horrible and stressful experience for me. The communication is horrible and they are not for the customer. I actually think they screwed up my order just so I would have to pay to get them done over. I will never deal with them again! One star is too much. I should've read the reviews first.

I had some shirts printed for my daughters fund raiser & they were suppose to be done Thursday I called Friday they told me not till Monday then called me back a couple hours later said they were ready! I went to puck them up I'm in my 60's with a small build the box was almost bigger then me he saw I was having a problem carrying it then didn't even offer to help or at least open the door for me! Then when I got home & opened the box they weren't the colors I ordered or the right sizes I think they just went with whatever they had to get my order done ! The guy was so rude when I picked them up I didn't even bother wasting my time calling & telling him about it I figured he knew they weren't right! So many businesses it seems like their so nice & helpful when your their selling the product but once they get your money it's like the attitude changes! Well he won't get another dime of my money !!!
