Have had all of my vehicles serviced here for over 20 years. Yes, but rarely I have had unexpected expenses. But when I googled it was always part of the vehicle's issue.

Been there a year ago for safety and emission inspection. I gave them my phone number. Once I showed up for the paperwork, they said they had to replace the exhaust hanger. I asked why they replaced it without letting me know. They lied, saying they called me and I didn’t pick up. What??? I remember checking my phone log and saw no call that day. Then they continued lying: “oh…I got a wrong phone number.” I checked the paper from the distance and yes, it’s the correct number. So yea they didn’t call me and performed the work.That being said, my exhaust hanger was not even needed to be replaced, in all fairness. And guess what? They want like $50 for labor and parts. Then I continued to check Amazon for the price and that piece costs just $10…Long story short, they decided I wasn’t dump and just charged me for the part for $17! Good job, boys, ripping people off. Yea…I doubt you all should be in business around here.

Very satisfied with the whole customer experience. Its never fun spending money on an automobile but I didn't feel taken advantage of and when I decided to go forward they got me done with urgency. My car is running so much better.

I've had this shop work on a number of vehicles, and have always been satisfied with the results. They are honest and fair in their pricing and the scope of work required. I have not had any issues with the repairs they have done (alignment, brakes, catalytic converter replacement, sway bars, tie rod ends). The only complaint I can make is that they can be a little bit lax in the communication department, but they are busy and have a pretty small crew. So if they said your car would be ready and haven't called, it's a good idea to just call and ask, because it may be ready.Services: Steering & suspension repair
