Pleasant stay in downtown St Louis at the Magnolia. Booked a room for a work trip with my Titanium status and was upgraded to a one-BR King Suite.Room was spacious and comfortable, water pressure in the shower was perfect and the bed was not too soft. Lavazzo pod espresso machine in the room and a bottled water. They even wanted to run some complementary sparkling water up to the room. Overall very pleased.Had drinks in the lounge, strong drinks, good bartender. Valet was fast and efficient.Gym was functional with a mix of cardio equipment and weights.Would stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were in town for a couple night of concerts. Rooms were clean and restaurant and bar downstairs was very good and even had great NA beverage choices for the folks with us that don't drink alcohol. Would def recommend and will stay at again if we visit STL again. Pool tables and shuffle board were added bonus too!

We found some trash and a can of beer under the couch. That was left by the previous customer. However the valet and other employees were very nice and helpful.

They find any reason to charge your card for $300-$400 in "incidentals". I recommend a different place to stay.

While this hotel appears to be nice it was some of the worse customer service I have experienced. The Door bell was great but the room was not cleaned properly the food was outrageous the bloody Mary’s were disgusting . The walls are paper thin dogs barking all night and the bartender and host was super nice and tried to accommodate us .people doing drugs in the hallway for as much as your charged to stay it should definitely have been a an amazing experience it was not oh and my partner woke up with bug bites pretty sure it was flea bites

Booked this room to travel with my 2 dogs. Most hotels I've stayed at put us at the end of a hall. But this one put us next to the elevators and a room that was over capacity with kids and paper thin walls. So I was called from my event to come pick them up. They ended up staying with a friend who had to displace their cats. (The whole reason I booked a room) the parking was expensive, the shower grout gross, and the walls are thin. I would not recommend staying again.

We paid the valet fee for parking, it’s a safe and easy option and everywhere else is at least 30. We just added the valet when we arrived. We had our dog and the staff ensured he was given plenty of treats and attention. The room was wonderful and the dinner options available near by were delicious.

I LOVE Magnolia Hotel. We previously stayed at other Hotels in St Louis but this Hotel is by far the best. I love the fact that you can bring your dog without the extra fee that other Hotels charge. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, and the food is incredible.

Can't beat the location. My room was comfortable and well kept. However, both internet and hot water were spotty, which was a bummer. Also, the food from the restaurant downstairs was horrendous.

Lovely modern hotel with character. Both common areas and room felt homey but updated. Room was amazing, super spacious and comfortable with separate lounge area for couch/tv/desk. Parking is somewhat convenient, we used the parking garage on the street behind the hotel. Super dog friendly as well, they gave us dog treats and a list of dog-friendly locations in the city.

This is in a relatively good location, within walking distance of the Arch. I received an accessible room, not by my choice, which was larger than I'm used to so that was nice. The view out the window was of another building but it didn't matter. I thought it was a really nice hotel with a pool table in a room off the lobby, oh and a 13th floor :)

One of those unique times when a downtown, classic hotel turns out to be everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful rooms, excellent service - including valet and bellman... Truly feels like early 20th century grandeur that has become modernized!
