Avoid this location at all costs. There is no security or cameras in the parking lot. Our car received $4k+ of damage from a break in along with several other cars.I attempted to make a return of two purchases I made on my macys credit card as I did not need these items for a Christmas basket after all. The rude and repulsive woman at the service counter was biased and argumentative. She tried to dispute my items when they were never taken out of the bag they were sent home in. Absolutely absurd.

During the Christmas season, the store offers great deals on many items including children's favorite toys. For example, you can buy Lego set with a 15% discount. Additionally, if you're looking for quality furniture, Macys has a good selection of kitchen tables and sofas.

I rarely leave reviews, but Macy's certainly deserves this review. I shop from Macy's once in a while. And today I had the worst shopping experience of my life. I got 2 t-shirts for my wife that was on sale. When my wife tried them at home, we realized that they do not fit. We went to store to replace them, but a manager (at West County Mall Macy's ) name Francie or something tells me that this was a final sale and cannot let me replace it. The t-shirts together cost about $10. I objected saying nowhere it says it cant be return, she referred me to the receipt for the hidden text on the receipt indicating a no return policy on final sales. This was stupid. Nobody reads the receipt details. I really don't care about the $10 but the customer experience and the managers behaviors' was so bad I had to call their customer service number. I called, after 5 minutes, somebody answered. I told them that I want to make a complain, after few minutes they said they will transfer me to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes somebody (who is not a manager) in the credit department responded. He said he can help me, ask me simple verification questions and putting me on waits. After 30 minutes of talking on the phone, he said okay I will transfer your complain to the department. I said you have not asked me about what was wrong yet, he said he filled out a general complain form. It was basically useless. For a $10 t-shirt I spent 30 minutes on the phone, driving 20 miles to and from Macy's. I think this was the first time ever, I had issues returning anything ever. Macy's just have the worst customer service.Just use Amazon or any other online stores or other local stores that are known to treat their customers better. Macys' with their inflated prices and worst customer service is not worth your time. Your money is better spend elsewhere.

Friendly store. Cashier was attentive to the customer before me because she bought some glass cups. She wrapped them in paper so they wouldn't break. She did the same for my $4.00 christmas ornament. This lady deserves a rase!
