Fantastic customer service ! I was referred to Mac HQ several years ago by Apple Store Genius Bar when they could not retrieve my data wmy hard drive crashed. I was so impressed by Mac HQ I've been coming back ever since & will continue to do so. Good value for money spent. 5 stars

I was having trouble with charging my iPhone, they very friendly and explained what they would do and explained what damage it could cause, it was taken to the repair area and within 10 minutes they had it fixed, they cleaned the charging port. I recommend if you have Apple problems they are the place to go

The staff was honest in letting me know that they were not able to fix my computer. But they found another computer for me to purchase at a reasonable price. I'm satisfied.

I wish I could give more stars and given my situation I know there wasn't much they could do but I think the way it was handled was super unprofessional and disappointing. I had an appointment and when I came in there were 2 men working one of which was helping someone else and when I told the one who was helping me what happened (I spilled an energy drink on my MacBook) the other employee laughed at me. I understand it seems silly but it happens and I know I'm not the first one to have done this before so to laugh at me just seemed really condescending, life happens and I was trying to see if they could help me. They told me that because it had liquid damage it would need to be sent into Apple and it would cost $950 to fix which is obviously not worth it for a 2017 MacBook Air. I ended up buying a new one refurbished after I left. The employee was quite rude and condescending and he kept asking "what I wanted him to do" and just wasn't very kind when I was asking him about if it could still be used since it is turning on and wasn't receptive to my questions. Like I said I understand there wasn't much that can be done in that situation but I just feel like it could have been handled better, I was a stressed college student who was very clearly freaking out since this happened right before finals and I think they could've been nicer and I think it was extremely unprofessional to laugh at me when I know I'm not the only one that has spilled something on a laptop before. If the customer service was better I would be back but because I was treated like this I think I'll find elsewhere to take any future technology problems.

If you're wanting a used iMac there are positives to coming here. However I will say for a 2021 they wanted over 2,000. Pricing is just as high as going to mac itself. They also do have brand new items. Customer service was okay however after asking us our budget kept pushing items on us that were over budget. I didn't feel they listened to our needs or budget.

Needed to get new battery in a 2 year old iPhone 12 . Same-day service provided. I decided to wait, despite the fact that it could be 5 pm. I was there at 10 AM. I elected to wait, and was provided with in my phone with a new battery three hours later. I was given a iPad to use while waiting. Thank you so much.

I've been a customer of MacHQ since the early 2000's when I worked in the commercial photo/design community. Until my most recent experience with them I'd never been anything but satisfied.A couple weeks ago, on a Thursday, I went in to purchase a laptop. The sales rep directed me to a used 2020 MacBook Pro. I'd brought my old laptop to trade in, but it was a 2015 and no longer viable for any use. The sales rep made sure to tell me that I should expect to that any MacBook I purchased would be pretty much obsolete after 6 or 7 years. I paid for everything and left both laptops for my info to be transferred to the new machine (a 70.00 charge).The following day, Friday, I picked up the computer. Everything seemed just fine until a friend, who noticed my "new" pre-owned laptop, asked what I'd paid. When I told them they let me know that I could've gotten a new one for only a couple hundred dollars difference.This turned out to be the case. Apple was also offering 12 mos no interest financing and a 150.00 gift card with purchase. When I questioned MacHQ on why I hadn't been given the option to buy a new MacBook Pro to begin with they said the computer they sold me was "basically the same" even though it was pre owned and 3 years older.Having been told that the lifespan is about 6-7 years I wanted a new one to get the best return on my investment. They offered to take the old one back and order a new one for me, but that I could not do the free financing or the gift card. I told them I'd prefer to order from Apple to take advantage of those offers. So then I was told I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return the computer I'd bought and had for 72 hours.They refused to budge on this and I was shocked having been a 20 year plus customer who'd bought many machines over the years- 3 of which I still use.Unfortunately that is the last time I'll do business with MacHQ. I'm a huge advocate of supporting small local businesses as an owner of one myself. But I also believe in being fair & understanding with my clients- this situation was not fair andcould have been resolved very simply.

Mac Headquarters has been my “go to place” for years. I have never left this place dissatisfied with their service, expertise, new hardware or prices. By far, JOE is the best Mac guy ever. He really really really knows his stuff, has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel like I know more than I do. Hands down-best place for all Mac needs.

Awesome and fast service! I shattered my iPhone 14 promax screen and made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) and took it in. The man at the counter was very professional and helpful and nice. It only took less than 3 hours for me to get word that my phone was done!! That was the fastest fix I’ve ever had. My phone works great and it’s an Apple Store so getting my screen fixed didn’t void my warranty and they took the insurance I use on my phone. I thought it was going to be a headache to get my phone fixed but this was so fast and absolutely painless.

Friendly staff and quick service! I couldn’t charge my brand new MacBook, and Apple West County had no appointments for the next few days. MacHQ had it resolved by the next morning.

I went in today because my MacBook Pro screen was black and I couldn't get it to power up. The person who assisted me not only helped with the problem (faulty battery), but was so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend MacHQ, a fantastic alternative to the mall-based Apple stores.

I can't say enough good things about MacHeadquarters. It's SO much quicker and more convenient than heading to the mall to the Apple store. I love the walk-in service. Everyone is always friendly, and their techs get the problem solved quickly. I've never had a negative experience there.
