We have taken our 100 series Landcruiser here for the 4 years we have had the vehicle and slowly started taking every other vehicle here ever since. Their customer service is the best we've received from any auto shop. Always honest and fair with pricing. We have recommended this shop to anyone we know. They were able to diagnose an issue with another one of our cars after multpile other shops we unable to do so. We are lifetime customers here - best mechanics we have ever come across!

A MasterClass on customer service! I feel like most car shops treat you like they are annoyed to have a customer. This is not the way at M.T. Schiele! They made me proud to own a 12-year-old sedan with 150k. ?

Recently had my clutch and throw out bearing replaced on my Tacoma as well as some general maintenance. Aaron greeted me at the door as soon as I pulled in and asked what was going on. After a brief description and a short test drive he agreed with what I had said and told me he could get me in the next week. I called a few times in between the initial diagnosis and my appointment asking questions and adding maintenance and the receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant. When I showed up to pick up my truck Aaron once again met me when I came in to show me the defective parts and throughly explained what was done. I would highly recommend them to any one especially with a Toyota vehicle

I’m not the type that typically leaves reviews, but this one is warranted, and I’d give 10 stars if I could…
My family and I were in STL for Spring Break and the alternator went out on our car. After having it checked at Oreilly’s they recommended we take it to MT Schiele. Of course, this is late morning on a Friday and we were 3hrs from home! Kind of in a tight spot….but I pulled in and explained what was going on to the nice lady at the front desk, then Aaron came in. He went out with me took a look and knowing we were in a tight spot immediately had the car pulled in and started working on it. He then gave us a ride to our hotel, and came and got me when it was done, even after I said I could just grab an Uber. Pricing was extremely fair - quality parts, no up charge, no unneeded parts/repairs, and Aaron was very clear and up front with what they were going to do and what to expect.
This is honestly the best auto repair experience I’ve had. The friendliness, honesty/integrity, customer service, and quality of work is far above what I’ve received at any other shop.
I can’t recommend this shop enough, and Aaron is just an all around awesome person. We need more people in this world like him.

I wanted to take a quick moment and express my sincere appreciation for the most outstanding repair shop in the business.
Mike Schiele and his crew are absolutely fabulous and are very reasonably priced.
I Never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me or do work that's not needed. They always do an excellent job of explaining just what needs to be done and the cost with no unneeded add-ons.
I would give them a 10-star rating if I could.
We had another shop we used to do business with for many years and they were recently sold and the new owner does care about keeping their existing customers They were rude and price gouging so we needed to move on.
I have five vehicles and we have now moved all their repair work to MT Schiele where we get a shop that cares about the customer and the car.
Thank you, MT Schiele for being there when we needed you.

We and our older car were treated with dignity and respect. They handled a credit machine malfunction with grace and patience. They didn't overcharge us. We will return for more repairs in the future.

I have been using this shop for over 6 years now. One of the best Mechanic Shops around. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary work. Very trustworthy and honest and straightforward. Love this place and always encourage people to come here.
