Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 6 months never turned a load down and never late, all they do is lie about the most ignorant stuff, the only thing they are good at is manipulation. No matter how good you do you’ll be lucky to get 1800 miles a week, sit 10 hours getting loaded be lucky to get 3 hours detention. They do not answer the phone ever, 6 months I wasted with them, didn’t even get my last 2 checks over 3 thousand miles, and can’t get anyone to answer or call back to explain the reasoning. If you have any other option I would go with that, LTI Trucking Services is what’s wrong with the trucking industry. Equipment is also shot worse then when I started with Western Express lmao

Not an employee there but when I was called by the recruiter named Michelle, her friendliness was mind blowing. ❤️

Truck driver was so close to crashing into the back of our car and whaling on his horn during a traffic jam! We had nowhere to go and he scared my child, I had to call the police. I emailed the company but no response. I also have video.

I've been here about 1yr 3 months I've had sometimes where I've been sick but the company was more concerned about my well being then loads my recruiter Joanne it #1 and my dispatch Carmelo aka Rebel 1 is the best I thought him being new I was in trouble but he is the best stands by his drivers and goes the extra mile its a small company but u really need to give them a chance and don't run when things get rough it works it self out. Trucks are awesome trailers are trailer but anytime I have a issue I say something and stuff get fixed

It's a smaller company. Pretty consistent in the miles and a good cpm mile pay scale. I been here for almost a year now and don't really have anything to really complain about. I do wish the lease program they have had a Lil better pay rate because I have been aiming to own my own truck one day, that's probably the one and only reason I will parting ways one day. Overall enjoying my time here

Got hired on almost 2 years ago and it’s completely changed my life. Having no experience they have taught me everything I know and still continue to learn to this day. Surrounded by good people and enjoy going to work everyday, really treat like family here .

Great place to work, I started my trucking career here. Could not ask for a better place to learn and grow. Small family oriented company that promotes from within. Great place to start your career in trucking.

Would just like to tell you how much I enjoyed your tractor trailer parking in our residential neighborhood and going to sleep with truck running. Nothing like hearing that big truck all night long. Pretty sure thats why they built truck stops and Rest Areas.

Deception, in it's purest form. You, as a driver have other options. Seek any other option. Do not be deceived by a person on youtube that makes their money by referring drivers. This company needs 1 thing, prayed for.

Management refuses to talk to drivers about pay issues. Even after contacting Nicholas Civello (he says he doesn’t deal with everyday issues) management refuses to talk to drivers about pay issues. If you chose to drive for LTI be prepared to audit every paystub. If you find a problem don’t expect management to help solve it. To management drivers are a nuisance.Update - still waiting for management to return my calls. They still won’t return my voicemail messages.

Your drivers need to learn how to share narrow dirt roads while hauling sand box’s and not sit in the middle of the road trying to run a fully loaded semi off into the Dutch almost lost my life cuz your drivers had me nearly in the ditch

It's not a bad company to work for. For the most part they keep you busy. I had a couple issues with the planners and that's why I left. But I've dealt with worse. The director of operations, her name is Lea, is an amazing lady. Such a sweetheart. Id go back there if I had nowhere else to go.
