I have been working for LTI for 90 days. I have had driving jobs with other companies throughout my 16 year career and this is an extremely good company to work for. Their shop people are excellent. Jo Ann was my recruiter and she is one of the finest people I have ever met in my entire life. She is kind and considerate and takes care of everybody. She follows up on things & she works very, very hard. The ladies in Payroll are wonderful and everybody in the office is so kind and it really feels like family. Good people from the owner on down. I can’t speak highly enough about how wonderful everybody is. My driver manager is a great guy and Bill is the best driver manager I’ve had for any company I’ve worked for. Kathy was also one of the Driver managers in here and she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The safety people really work hard to help you resolve any situations that come up. At some companies I have work for, the safety people act like they are your enemy. These people are not. I am very happy here and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that drives a truck. I have talked to numerous drivers and told them that they should go to work for LTI if they’re not happy where they’re at. I don’t do it for referral fees, I just do it because I want people to benefit from a good company like I did. Smartest move I ever made. They give me good miles too.

Keep in mind they steal your dot physical long form and won't give it back to you if yollu either quit or fire you which I don't know why they automatically get a copy of it and the place they make you go won't give you a copy of your own physical

I love working for LTI. I am always treated like family, which is SO important to me. The miles are consistent and the pay is good. If you keep an average of 2100 miles a week (which is very easy) you can make .71 cpm with no accidents. Orientation was fun. They put you in a very nice and CLEAN hotel. Your dinner is paid for AND at the end of orientation they give you an extra $50 gift card to Wally World so you can stock up on food!

What a sham of a company. If you fall for their lease purchase scam you will be very sorry. The driver has ZERO control over the truck which is in total violation of the IRS when paid 1099. It is all forced dispatched, the pay has now been dropped to .90 a mile, dispatch is a computer and the list goes on. Just wait til your 6 months are in. I can not believe anyone would ever get involved with this sham. Good luck.

Dispatchers never communicate with you or each other. No one answers the phone. Zach is the only one you can leave a voice mail and according to him he never responds to any of them. Austin will lie to you and you'll never get any real miles. Lucky if over 1500 in seven days. Recruiters are supper nice but they have a marketing department that puts out lies about mileage. The payroll department is a joke and will fight not to pay you what is owed. High driver turnover and loss of dedicated customers. The load planners are clueless and will tell you to get a preloaded trailer when they know that there is no trailer for the company to load at a location.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 6 months never turned a load down and never late, all they do is lie about the most ignorant stuff, the only thing they are good at is manipulation. No matter how good you do you’ll be lucky to get 1800 miles a week, sit 10 hours getting loaded be lucky to get 3 hours detention. They do not answer the phone ever, 6 months I wasted with them, didn’t even get my last 2 checks over 3 thousand miles, and can’t get anyone to answer or call back to explain the reasoning. Austin Williams was my dm calling him incompetent would be putting it friendly has no idea what is going on EVER. If you have any other option I would go with that, LTI Trucking Services is what’s wrong with the trucking industry. Equipment is also shot worse then when I started with Western Express lmao first truck they assigned me didn’t even make it 2 days before breaking down when it -14 and couldn’t get anyone to answer all weekend to tell me what was going on just a terrible company all around recruiters are nice just not very truthful at all

I am currently a driver here at LTI and my experience over the past 2yrs has been nothing short of amazing. They listen to their drivers and do their best to make sure you're happy here as part of the LTI FAMILY!! They have great lanes for you to run consistent miles weekly=GREAT PAY!! They have excellent equipment which is always very well maintained by their LTI Shop maintenance team. The Dispatchers here know you by name and treat you as a person, not a robot. The entire staff from recruiting to dispatchers truly care about you and your success here at LTI. If you're looking for a family oriented company that pays great, gets you home on time, has great lanes, great equipment, and understands you as a Driver. Give this company a shot, you won't regret it. Have a blessed day and stay safe out there drivers?.

Don't follow DOT work you to death and all lies from dispatchers. Requters are awesome but sell you a bunch of stuff that don't come true due to dispatchers.have to sue for your pay. Only ones who lie about companie is bobtail local drivers cause they are scared to tell the truth like the Lady driver's but hard to tell what they are doing for better pay
You will never see a reset or a 10 reset they make you on no time the safety office will jockey the tablet then not pay you

So far LTI is everything I have been looking for in an OTR trucking position. I am confident that I have found the right place that meets my needs. One of the best things in my opinion as a driver is to actually feel like your company cares and you're not just a truck number. LTI has a great team that works with you to navigate through normal industry issues. As a driver you know when you are with the right company!

My experience with LTI is so great I have to share, the workers are all treated equally like family not just a number.my dm I couldn’t ask for anyone better.he’s like a big brother to his crew.safety is always the main concern factor with the safety team.and the orientation is very knowledgeable and to the point.and what I really enjoy about the entire staff they are always willing to lend their ears too the drivers. And the recruiter is MS Joann she’s all about respect to all the drivers.mostly great pay with benefits like nothing you’ve ever seen before.best company to work for in the industry.thanks again LTI.truly love my family/company.YT Sebastian Cdsege Mitchell!
