Drove 30 minutes to store because the 2 stores closest to me didn’t have everything. Went back to the dept and it looked like a bomb went off , boxes all layed over, boxes torn and badly taped. When I got home and opened boxes there were pieces missing. Went to check out and wouldn’t accept a check, paid with debit card and the couldn’t get a receipt. Manager acted like she had better things to do. And now I have to drive another 30 minutes to get the missing parts that should have been in the box originally. I think Lowe’s lost a customer.

Thank you Josh in the garden department for helping me locate Boston Ferns on 5/19/2024. They all looked the same to me and I would have been there forever searching for the correct plants for my Instacart customer.

I was looking for a show head that was black matter along with the spout and it was very specific otherwise it would work. I called as I had seen a few online and was worried it would be gone once it got there and they put it up for me. Everything worked out and it was a little pricey but that’s ok as it works and fits for everything I needed it for. I arrived at the store and went straight to customer service and I was in the line waiting a worker ask what was I waiting for and brought it over to me so I didn’t have to wait in that line for everyone to finish their transaction. I went straight to self checkout and I was done.

The Garden Center is a joke. My husband was there yesterday, (May 25, 2024) and only 1 of 2 cash registers was open. There was a group of 6 employees congregating and socializing by the register that wasn't open. So my husband went to the other register that was open and waited in line. The cashier there instructed my husband to go back to the first register, and that it should be open. He went back there again, and said he was told to come here. One of the 6 employees said "this register is not open". One of them finally reluctantly opened the register, and checked him out. What terrible customer service! Not only that, half the plants are dying and dead from neglect. They don't get watered, and dry out and die. Here are pictures from May 26, 2024. From now on, we will avoid this place and go to Home Depot, or Rolling Ridge Nursery.

Apparently, this location decided to go with that stupid self checkout stuff and then have somebody hovering over my shoulder while I checked it all out anyway if you’re gonna have somebody hovering over my shoulder, why don’t you just have them check me out? Go woke go broke I will not check myself out again Menards and Home Depot both have better customer service than that.
