I would like to give a word of caution to anyone that might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia. I purchased a Soul from them as well as the extended warranty in March of 2021. The warranty is through a company by the name of Vehicle One, which is apparently no longer offered at Lou Fusz. When thinking of future issues with this vehicle and the luck I usually have, I decided to purchase the premium warranty package that covers pretty much everything.\\nFast forward to current day. I am having problems with my backup camera not functioning. I spent roughly 2.5 hours at a much closer dealership having the diagnostics ran to determine the exact problem. Then service advisor came to tell me that my warranty does not cover this part. I was very confused at this point since I was holding the paper that was printed off and handed to me by the finance guy at Lou Fusz. This paperwork that explains all of the details of my warranty and all of the boxes that were agreed upon and signed off on at the time of purchase.\\nI gave all of the paperwork I had to the service advisor and he then called Vehicle One once more just to verify all of the details were correct, and there was no miscommunication. That is when we learned that the contract for my warranty that I was handed and have had in my glovebox from the time I pulled off of the lot, did not match what Vehicle One had in their system.\\nFrom my last phone call with the Sales manager, he told me I should call Vehicle One myself to see if the warranty info they have magically changes depending who calls. I recommended that I could call and he could conference in to hear exactly what they say for himself. He just said \\\"I am too busy for that\\\".\\nNow. I am not really sure what exactly happened in this situation, but this seems a little weird to me.\\nSorry for the rant. I just felt like this needed to be out there for people to keep in mind.

We worked with Dan Hogan and had an excellent experience. Could not have been more honest, faster, and easier on us in terms of processing the transaction. We were not in the market for a new car, we were selling our vehicle only. I scheduled time for him to do an assessment and he was quick to respond, very transparent about his process before I ever got there. We got 3 appraisals that morning, and we chose to go with Dan because of his straightforward feedback. The other non-Lou Fusz dealers we visited warned me about sleazy tactics others might use, but they were the only ones that said that. One was over $2K lower, and the other was even value with Dan but tried to sell me a car despite me clearly being there to sell only. We chose him and Lou Fusz because they never talked bad bout the other dealers, they focused on customer experience and value for the vehicle. I recommend contact them first if you are selling so you can save the extra few hours of trying out the other dealers.

I did not buy a car but I did deal with about 8 different sales people around town and Ignacio at the Subaru dealer was the best. He shares all the right info and gives you space. It just came down to a color choice at another dealer but thought I'd make note.

We had a great experience with Christopher Robinson at Lou Fusz Jeep. He was kind and patient with us as we were not in the market for a new vehicle but forced to get one after our vehicle was stolen and totaled. He listened to our needs and helped get us into the right vehicle for us at the right price. He made the process so easy and he was truly compassionate. We were looking at several other vehicles but Christopher was truly the reason we ended up going back to Lou Fusz Jeep. We look forward to working with him again when it is time.

I cant say enough good things about this dealership and its employees. I went there intending to buy a vehicle. Mr. Randy Page greeted me and took me for a test drive in a Forester. He explained the features, and was very low keyed.I bought the vehicle and Mr. Page paired my phone. He again showed me features I was unsure about. He introduced me to the Service Manager. A very nice gentleman. All other personnel were so nice. One gentleman actually showed me where the restrooms were; instead of just pointing.Im a die hard fan of a domestic car company. (Or was).Everything you hear about Subaru is true. Quality, safety, courteous. Environmentally conscious.I WILL ALWAYS drive a Subaru. And recommend them to any and all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!8/12/22 When my daughter was traveling cross-country from Utah to Ohio, her Ford Ecosport with only 51K miles broke down in Highland IL. The car was towed to Lou Fusz Ford of Highland where she was informed that the entire engine needed to be replaced-it was under warranty due to faulty parts-- Melissa, one of the employees at this location informed her that everything would be covered by the warranty, including a rental car for the time that it was getting repaired. She was given an estimated time of repair to be 3-5 days. Nearly seven weeks later, on 9/28, her car was finally finished and ready for pickup. She had been told multiple times that she would be reimbursed the nearly $1000 in rental car expenses and was told that her car would be delivered to her. She has these promises saved in a voicemail sent by Melisa. Even as close to three days before she picked up the car, she was still being told it would be delivered, until the day before when they said they could no longer do this. After more than 5 hours of debating over the phone in several different calls and trying to get them to keep their promise, she conceded and drove over 14 hours round trip, costing her an additional $300 in gas expenses, to get her car back. Over the course of the 7 weeks, we had called for updates well over 50 times and left voicemails, and only ever had the phone answered >5 times, and was only ever called with an update returning one of many voicemails once in 7 weeks. The communication and professionalism at this location are unethical. On the day that she picked up her car, she brought receipts from the rental car expenses and was told that Melisa would submit them for reimbursement. Again, we never received a call from them with an update, we had to continue calling everyday for over a week before we were finally able to speak to someone, who notified us that they were denying the claim to reimburse her, as they should have booked the rental car for her. She was never told of this and had been promised for seven weeks that expenses would be fully covered. We have now lost countless hours and over $1300. My insurance company covered over $1000. of the first month of rental fees. The engine broke due to an existing issue from Ford. Ford acknowledged this by covering the replacement under warranty. This dealership COMPLETELY mishandled the entire situation from the time they received the car! They SHOULD have arranged a rental car right away-if that was the only way to reimburse or cover it!!! NOT wait until over 2 months later to say they messed up (on a recorded call with Customer Relations) and should have NOT taken 7 weeks to fix the car! Ford is a Billion dollar company, the engine was faulty--THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING A RENTAL CAR! This dealership screwed up and should pay the costs since they mishandled the entire process!!!!!! At one point, the Service Manger, Jason actually told me that since we did not buy the car there and were not paying to have it fixed, it was not their responsibility! SERIOUSLY!!!! BAD SERVICE! INEPT COMMUNICATION!!!!

I would like to thank the Lou Fusz family, Lou Fusz Automotive Network, general manager Nick Borger, and operations manager Tabitha Maroney (Tabi) for their quick and friendly assistance with my truck's issue. I am happy to report that it only took two days to reach an agreement on fixing an issue with a truck that I love. Last, but not least, I would like to thank everyone for their kind advice on my truck problem; it helped me more than you will ever know.

Had a pretty horrible time at one of the dealerships, after expressing it to them, the gm goes about insulting my intelligence and puts words into my mouth that I never said. Used one of the sale associates cell to communicate. Probably one of the worst experiences I've have had at and with a dealership. Using aggressive, high pressure sale tactics, only said things I wanted to hear to draw me in then switched it up once I was hooked in. Making me believe things that weren't completely true. I wrote a bad review, they wrote back stating they hope to resolve the issue. Then tried to gaslight me to shut me up about what I expressed to them. Thats dirty and horrible buisness. That's not a way to keep customers flowing.

We worked with William DeVinney, he went above and beyond. He brought the vehicle out of the weather for us so we didnt get wet. Very thoughtful, helpful and kind. He was one of the best salesman we have EVER dealt with. The business also went above and beyond to make sure we went home with what we wanted! I will be coming back in the future if we decide to trade or sell again.

If I could give them less than a one star I would! They’re buy here pay here program is not meant to actually help anyone. I have been going back-and-forth with them for months about re-doing my pay schedule from every two weeks to twice monthly. Because of a clerical error on their part, I did not receive my Missouri title in time to title my vehicle before I was charged a fee for noncompliance by the state. They are refusing to reimburse me because of an issue that was their fault. Somehow I am behind on payments when I haven’t missed a payment. They are a full on scam I would not suggest going to them.

Traded my car in Oct 2020 at the Lou Fusz Subaru St. Peters and just received a Court Summons for that Vehicle for parking in a handicap spot Mar 2021.I live more then 40 miles from Florissant (where the court is) and this should not be on me. I now have to take a day off of work to go to court to prove I traded in my vehicle to you guys so I don't have to pay the fine. With the gas, time and missing work, I'm easily out $250+

*NOT HONEST*At the beginning of the month, my wife was involved in an accident with one of their drivers. She was not at fault, he got out, gave all of his information, apologized, and went on his way. My wife called the police, but they said since no one was injured, they were not going to come out and do a report. We then worked with the insurance company to rectify the situation. Today, we got word from their insurance company that they are NOT going to pay for the damage because it is his word versus ours. My, how the story changes, when the driver at fault lies.I can’t speak to the fact on how honest they are when they sell cars (we have only bought one car from them), or even maintain vehicles. However, if they are are dishonest and lie, I can promise you I will never feel comfortable buying another car from them. Worst part is this car that they scratched up, was one we did buy from them last year. NEVER AGAIN.

We came to Lou Fusz after another dealer was not able to get us the car I wanted. Our salesman Gus Loftis along with Sam in financing were able to get me exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. They both worked incredibly hard to make this work for us and we greatly appreciate their hard work! Lou Fusz has definitely gain us as customers, we will absolutely return for future purchases. Thank you for all your hard work!
