We utilized Line-X of St. Louis as a sublet vendor for a bedliner installation on a customers new truck with only 600 miles on it. The truck was dropped with our shop the morning of the appointment and taken directly to Line-X. When notified it was completed the next day a driver was sent directly to pick the truck up. When it was returned there was a dent in the tail gate of the truck that was not there before. I reached out directly to Steve Stobart with Line- X and texted photos per his request. He said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to me. Upon his reply he advised they would not take care of the minimal paint less dent repair cost to remove the dent that occurred while there and I could reach out to his supervisors. I replied to his email and have received no response in 5 days even with a follow up email to them. The cost to repair the damage was $200. While I am confident this damage was not done intentionally, it was still done while in their care and the vehicle is brand new with 600 miles on it. I would hope that this company would take responsibility for damage that occurred while in their possession and have done right by the vehicle owner. While the bedliner itself was done very well, the customer service lacks significantly with this company and I would not recommend using them and I will not be referring to them in the future.

I would not do the undercoating again. If you have a body on frame vehicle, like a truck, they won't treat the frame. Apparently, if its "treated or covered" from the manufacturer, then they won't treat it. It's definitely not like the Line-x YouTube videos, where they are obviously spraying the frame. So, your weld seams WILL NOT get treated. The primary reason that I took my new 2024 4runner to them, was to treat the frame, ESPECIALLY the weld seams! After some back and forth, they offered to put it back on the rack and spray the weld seams, if I wanted to leave it and come back and pick it up later. However, I was definitely not getting a friendly vibe, once I pointed it out and questioned the policy, so I no longer trusted them, paid my $600 and left. Very disappointing. I guess I'll just hit the seams with some DYI paint. Save your money and find a better option. Perhaps another Line-X dealer might work with you better, or at least explain the policy, before you entrust your vehicle to them.

This review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Line-X of Saint Louis. As a family-owned car dealership, we were hopeful about establishing a business relationship with them for our trucks' bed liners and undercoating. Unfortunately, our experience was an absolute nightmare.
My initial contact with Bruce, who seemed more like a "used car salesman" than a professional scheduler, was a mess. We agreed on a Tuesday noon pickup for the first truck's bed liner and undercoating. However, after dropping it off on Sunday, as instructed, my attempts to pick it up on Tuesday were met with a series of bald-faced lies. Bruce kept assuring me the truck was "almost done" or "being wrapped up," only to admit at 4:30 pm they hadn't even touched it! This blatant dishonesty wasted my entire day.
Finally, on Wednesday (a day later than promised), the truck was "ready." Ready for what, I wasn't sure. Upon inspection at out shop, it was clear this job was a prime example of cutting corners. Uneven coating, missed sections - it looked like a kindergartener finger-painted the undercarriage. Even the fuel tank sported a patchy, incomplete spray job. This was subpar work at its finest, forcing us to spend even more money at a reputable shop to rectify their mess.
Bruce's repeated lies about the truck's progress were a slap in the face. His complete lack of professionalism and disregard for our time solidified our decision to never return. This experience was a masterclass in how NOT to run a business.
Don't Walk, Run Away From This Place!
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Line-X of Saint Louis is a business built on a foundation of empty promises, shoddy workmanship, and unprofessionalism. There are plenty of other shops that value honesty, quality, and customer service. Take your business elsewhere – your trucks will thank you.

Quick service and excellent finished product. I called Bruce on Friday about getting bed liner installed in my truck. He got me on the schedule for the following Wednesday and my truck was ready to be picked up at noon that Wednesday. Bed liner looks great!
